Review 1：NOT easy to find from Vienna / Salzburg--even with GPS !!!May be put up a clear sign at the main road. (Not the same standard type hotel you will find in Italy or Bahamas, Turky , but it is located in the Austrian country -and style is accordingly --all build in wood--not so quiet at night with wooden floors and stair case.

Review 2：Breakfasts were VERY good. Hotel peacefull and beautifull views and walking cycling possibilities. Rooms comfortable and bathroom fine and clean. Beautifull flowers hanging from balconies. Restaurant good.

Review 3：very strong scent of detergent in the room, once it wear off, start to smell like cigarette, and the area doesn't offer a lot to tourist, not much to do

Review 4：A little problem with Mosquito's in the room. Also the local roads were closed due to a bicycle race and we could not get to the hotel until the race finished at 6pm.

Review 6：EVERYTHING! The most beautiful place and the friendliest staff. Their breakfast was great and so was their dinner. Everything was clean and serene like the Alps. Also they have a private beach by the lake for hotel guests.

Review 7：The staff was very friendly and the location is great. It takes 5 min to walk down to the hotel's private beach. They have sun loungers with shades. I stayed only for one night to break my long drive home. At the end of my stay I was totally relaxed. I wish I had stayed longer here.

Review 13：- Lack of lift at 3-floors hotel (although the owner always willing to help with the luggade). - The room was smaller than I understood from the pictures and description. - Lack of sound proof doors and windows, you hear sounds like steps in the hall and doors opening in the rooms nearby.

This place is maybe more visited in the summer, but it's very cozy and beautiful in the winter as well, we had a huge amount of snow, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. And what is very important for me, the bathroom was excellent. Would stay there again definitely.

Review 27：This is a wonderful hotel. Modern facilities, with great, well designed bathrooms. We had a top floor room that overlooked the lake (and the private beach) and the view was amazing. We ate on the ground floor verandah and the food was traditional Austrian fare.

Review 58：Very nice view from balcony, clean room, comfortable bed. Owner is very friendly. The restraunt on the ground floor is obviously liked by local people and tourist as well. When we had dinner that night, a big local family were also having dinner nearby, 3 boys played accordion very well, just like a free mini concert, we had delicious food and wonderful music at the same time, also the beautiful view of lake and mountains as well, which is amazing and unforgetable. Austria is really the country of music! The breakfast is also yammy next morning, which is included in the room price. Wifi working well, parking is free. Perfect place!
