Review 1：The lack of wifi and no air conditioning, despite being advertised, was anoying. The spa was also closed, despite advertising one free treatment during our stay. The staff seemed to take the view that these things were just 'not possible' and we were told that the lack of air conditioning was not just our room but the whole building (as if this made it alright!). We were told that it might be fixed in about a week which was not much use to us. As we had some very hot days during our stay we also had some very uncomfortable nights. We still had a good holiday but I think the hotel should have given us a discount on the price as 4* services advertised were not supplied. On requesting this we again got the 'its not possible' - BUT perhaps possible from booking.com?
Review 2：The location and proximity to the town centre, beach and a small local supermarket was excellent. The outdoor pool was also lovely being clean and big enough to do lap swimming.
