Redcliffe House Luxury B&B is an elegant Edwardian 4-star family-run guesthouse set on an acre of beautiful gardens overlooking the Humber Bridge. There is off street parking and the guesthouse is only a short walk from the town of Hessle, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

Review 15：This B&B is probably the best we have found in the area. Our daughter is at the university and we come up from time to time and will certainly be staying here again. The staff were really lovely and helpful, the rooms are lovely and very comfortable the breakfast was excellent and the location is pleasant and near to the city.
Review 16：very outdated furnishings.the room was poorly lit.very old television,remote control very old and not in working condition the toilet and bath was clean but the shower was faulty likewise the towel handler was loose.i was unimpressed by the overall service very economic on food almost rationing wont be going back. the towels were old and stained

Review 18：This is the second time I have stayed at the Redcliffe and both times have been equally as good. The owners are very friendly and attentive. The location is great, outside the city so quiet with nice restaurants in walking distance. I recommend the Villa Blanca for food. I will be back if I am working in the area again. Many thanks, Joe.

Review 20：Loved everything about the b&b. Such a warm welcome on arrival and helpful staff. Price was fantastic room was lovely bed so comfy! Shower was so powerfull. Couldnt fault anything and children enjoyed themselfs.
Review 21：We stopped over with friends for the Humber Bridge half marathon. Mia couldn't have been more accommodating, even letting us come back after the race for a shower. Brilliant B&B which is five minutes walk from Hessle train station. We will definitely be back next year.
Review 22：Didn't like the very heavy quilt which was stifling and too warm for the time of year. It went with the expensive looks but a cheap lightweight duvet would have been more comfortable. Would have been nice to include breakfast in the price.

Review 28：I found it difficult to let a member of staff know that I'd arrived. The hall was very dark (I arrived in daylight) and it took me a while to find arrival instructions and the bell.

Review 31：We had the whole converted garage area to our self. Mia was nice and beautiful and very accommodating. Internet service was very strong and reliable. We didn't try breakfast but it looked good. We will stay there next time we come to the UK.
Review 32：The bathroom needs urgent refurbishment. Toilet stained, shower door sticking and rusted at the bottom. This was the top floor, I can't comment on other bathrooms

Review 34：Was annoyed at the fact I was not informed that I wouldn't be staying in the main guest house but across the driveway where they have two separate rooms. Also there was a bad case of ants right next to our bed on the bedside table. Very disappointed!!!
Review 35：1.Breakfast is too expensive and there is no formal start times. 2. Twice I came for breakfast at 7.30am and nobody was there. 3. Radiator in the room wouldn't turn off 4. Owner seems to sleep in the building with her child somewhere.

Review 37：Lovely property, I was lucky getting an upgrade to one of the 4 poster rooms at the back. Front rooms might be a tad noisy given its proximity to the main road, but otherwise a really nice place.
Review 38：Deceptively described as a 'luxury' b&b... Over priced breakfast, broken and very difficult to control shower, one small hand towel and one medium towel each - no bath towels. Photo depicts a room with a kitchenette and as my daughter is diabetic and coeliac I brought food we could prepare in it...don't know where the picture was from but certainly not our room, or the other 2 next to ours. For a 'luxury' b&b I would expect better in all areas.

Review 41：It really did surprise me when I came upon this b&b as an option onbooking.com.all I can say is what a perfect stay I had along with myhusband. Beautiful bedrooms,so elegant. They do offer breakfast but Wenever seemed to find ourself well over sleeping. Found it difficult topull ourselves out of the very comfy beds. Best nights sleep we haveever had in a hotel or b&B. Will definitely be coming back again.10/10 Mia is always there if u need anything at all. So helpful

Review 51：The temperature control on my shower didn't work so I needed to wash in the sink which was quite inconvenient. I reported this to Mia on leaving who apologised however no recompense was offered which I thought would have been forthcoming given my inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great.
