Review 1：Noisy location and you hear cars passing along the road from your room. You have to wake up early by force!! It's very expensive for such a simple place, with old furniture and basic accessories. Also basic food is expensive. Wifi works well if you are at the common areas but not in your room. Besides, it is disconnected around 11pm. We had a terrible experience with a staff member who 'obliged' us to have diner inside the restaurant, in a darker area with skulls of animals, when it was a beautiful sunny and warm weather outside. As he refused to change our table, we talked to the hotel owner, who kindly agreed with our request. The waiter was not happy and showed that by being impolite with the person in our group who had talked to him to request the change. In the morning we were surprised to see a designated table for our group to have breakfast outside. However in the morning it was much colder. Once again when we requested to be inside, he was angry and rude with the same person of our group saying that we had to be outside! To stop the argument we agreed to stay outside. Who wants to start the day with bad mood? But there were not enough chairs for all of us though. A second request for chairs made him scream at again the same person in our group. A woman. We talked to the hotel owner and complained seriously about this unacceptable behavior. He asked the waiter to apologize to her. However the waiter just gave his hand but didn't apologize. And kept talking and saying that he was right. Very primitive and unprofessional. We feel sorry for the hotel owners, who are professional and kind, to employ such low level of professionals. That destroyed our experience there. Never to return.
