Review 9：We arrived at 1300hrs on Saturday. The door was shut and locked. There was no staff. We sought help from 3 local residents. They rang a number that was on the door but only got an answer phone. After half an hour someone arrived and called another number(not listed)and spoke to a staff member who arrived some 10 minutes later. We were just about to leave and continue to Calais.
