Review 1：I had a full pension. I was promised lunch boxes to take my lunch, which I could collect at breakfast, but after a few times asking, I only got one very small box, and no other package material, apart for a paper bag. Which meant that I could only watch the other guests stuff their boxes with pasta salad, whereas I could take little more than some prepackaged things. So for me 'full pension' was not quite made true.

Review 3：Used this hotel as a base for a couple of days walking and found the place extremely good for this. Room rate included breakfast and a DIY lunch which was great, as well as dinner - though we chose to eat in town one night.

Review 4：Nothing bad, but if you are looking for luxury or pampering, this isn't for you. Simple furnishings, no daily bedmaking, towel washing or room cleaning, but all comfortable enough for me.

Review 5：Good, simple, facilities Very warm welcome, lots of activities if you want to join in - something every evening Kids clubs looked great (we didn't use them) Food was plentiful and excellent qualities Packed lunch available instead of returning for cooked meal at midday, great for skiers or hikers Samoens is a lovely village, and not too far from Geneva, great for a short stay

Review 6：There wasn't a choice of meal, I'm not a boiled bacon or veal eater which was served with no alternative, we had to eat out on 3 of the 6 nights. We were expected to sit at tables with other diners who had started their meals. Breakfast was basic but edible, we had lunch once which was chicken and salad.
