Review 1：The staff were amazing. The Guy who was on duty on Saturday !4th November was REALLY helpful and so sweet.He helped us get to our restaurant even though we were really late( Au Sourd- Lovely) The rooms at the back had been decorated tastefully but rather dark, but very quiet and cooler than those of at the front. Like every med hotel we have visited in November, it was too warm, as if they were expecting an arctic blast! We thought warm duvets a bit OTT, but realise it is the same everwhere !

Review 2：Hot water intermittent, was told the room was an upgrade but was clearly not! Very noisy. No lemonade in bar. Air conditioner did not work.

Review 5：Wonderful location, excellent breakfast, excellent service. We had a renovated room that was very comfortable and spacious.

Review 6：It is actually a 3* hotel up to the standards not 4*. It' s not a holiday location, we where traveling through and needed a room for the night, Toulon is not worth visiting.

Review 8：Our "suite" (No 41) was disappointing in view of the cost.However, the one next door (42) looked better value for money.When we booked through "booking.com", we were asked for "any special requests". We made only one - a walk-in shower. On arrival, our suite didn't have one. We asked at Reception and were told that the suites didn't have walk-in showers. VERY POOR that neither booking.com nor the Hotel could bother to tell us this before we arrived.

Review 12：No restaurant. This facility used to have 2 restaurants: a gourmet restaurant upstairs (where they now serve breakfast) and a brasserie downstairs. What they offer now as room service is reheated pre-fab food. The staff is pressed into multi functions. The young man who carries up your bag also takes reservations and serves behind the bar... Breakfast is expensive. You can have a full meal at a restaurant at the beach nearby for less.

Review 51：The hotel is located in a great part of Toulon just across the street from a small marina and about a few miles of an unobstructed view of the beach and Mediterranean Sea. The room was convenient, quiet, and very comfortable for a weary business traveler. Furthermore, the breakfast was much more substantial than the traditional French coffee/tea with croissant!

They just sprayed the room with fresh air spray and let the room out later to other guests... Watch out ...room No 4 with Garden view !! That's another thing, you couldn't see the garden !!

Review 62：Poor noise insulation from the neighbouring rooms and from the corridor. We woke up every time our neighbours used the wc/shower as it seemed sth was wrong with our wc/shower. The breakfast is quite poor and the famous French croissants seemed to be "industrial", i.e. made in a factory, frozen and warmed up in the hotel and not coming directly from the kitchen/boulangerie as it usually is in France.

Review 75：The staff member who greeted us was quite rude - she told us that we could not check in until 3pm even though our reservation said 2pm. When we showed her our reservation she simply stated that it was wrong, no apology offered whatsoever. We wouldn't have been bothered by the difference in check in time as it was only one hour but her attitude was extremely poor.
