Review 1：Very clean and quiet. Very local to the town center. Ocean View room was very nice.Local shops, pubs and market all within 5 min walk. Staff were very helpful.
Review 2：Shower bathroom was tiny!! Doors didn't give much privacy of going to the toilet and no lock on the door! It was literally a cupboard with a cupboard door!! Room was ridiculously cold all night and in the morning! My girlfriend and I were frozen!!

Review 8：The facilities re washing were dreadful. When I booked the room I was unaware the room was three flights of stairs up at the top of the house and the water pressure was not equal to the height and neither was I. The shower could not be used and I had to get up early to wait for the water to heat to get enough to wash in.

Review 12：The only fault was that the water pressure was poor. I was in the attic room and the water had a long way to travel. The shower was just an attachment to the bath taps. I was alternately scalded or chilled and sometimes the water didn't flow at all. However everything else was faultless.

Review 16：Good location, very nice bright room, very nice owners, excellent breakfast. Bognor Regis is not the most exciting place, but the B&B is within walking distance to the station and the train to Brighton takes only around 45 minutes.

Our room was very comfortable but the bathroom was a bit different. It had the sink in the main room....and the shower and toilet in a large closet. Strange at first, but worked well. Would recommend.

Review 23：I had an excellent experience and the owners go out of their way to do what they can for you. The only thing i didnt like was the shape of the specific bathroom/ single bedroom i was in due to the low angled ceilings as i was at the top of the guest house in the converted loft space but apparently others love that room. You can see the sea and stars through the skylights if you dont shut the blinds! Would definitely rebook again if going down to bognor.

Review 41：Pleasant enough but not particularly welcoming. Dark reception area and narrow steep steps. Decor needs updating. Small en-suite shower room is tight compared to spacious bedroom and towel rail and shelf need repairing. Expensive but that is for location and size of room.

Review 43：Overall I expected to find the accommodation to be better for 4 stars. To me it was a bit shabby, especially with regards to some of the work that had been carried out on the premises. On arrival I noticed that the ash trays outside had clearly not been emptied for a while which doesn't give a very good first impression, and that coming from a smoker. I also noticed that the 4 star badge on the wall had been painted over, except for the stars and quite a lot of the certificates on the walls were quite old. In my room I noticed that the hairdryer had not been PAT tested for a number of years, I thought it had to be done annually but I stand corrected if I'm wrong.

Review 49：The hotel was very close to the high street, and a hundred yards from the sea. Both Trevor and Alsion were very welcoming and very generous with their time. I was in Bognor to find a place to live and their local knowledge of good, safe areas to live was invaluable. An excellent range of choices for breakfast too.

Review 54：I was in the attic room with a single bed and sloping roof. I'm only short - 158cm (5'2) and I could only stand up in half the room. I bumped my head twice on the roof really hard, so I'm not so sure how a taller person would cope in the room.

Review 59：Everything. We usually book into Butlins hotel for our break, unfortunately, or as it turned out fortunately, they were fully booked. We found the guest house online & made a reservation, the guest house was ideally based a short walk from the beach or town centre. we were made to feel welcome as soon as we got through the door, room was great with en suite & massive bed which was really comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, as good as you could get in any hotel. We will definitely be going back next year (sorry Butlins).

Review 70：Poor quality coffee at breakfast. Also, a small warning: 'Ensuite' means a toilet and shower in what used to be a fitted wardrobe, still with thin wardrobe doors. Perfectly functional, but may bother shyer guests.

Review 74：I was made very welcome at this very nice guest-house when I stayed for one night in August in the single room with en-suite bathroom. Clean and comfortable and run by a friendly and helpful couple, it has a nice atmosphere and the full English breakfast (which can be adapted for vegetarians) was superb! Would definitely stay there again and would certainly recommend.

Review 77：A friendly welcome on arrival, then escorted to delightful little attic room where every inch of space had been put to good use, including an en suite with bath etc. There were coffee/tea making provisions, and in the morning a delicious home cooked breakfast before leaving.
