Review 1：Currently undergoing renovations but didn't impact on our trip at all.

Review 2：Altough the hotel was undergoing renovations the staff were apologetic and courteous, even the decorators were courteous. Complimentary drinks was also a nice touch.

Review 3：When we arrived they only had a booking for 1 night but we booked for 2. The receptionist didn't believe that it was their fault I showed the booking.com confirmation but I still got the feeling she didn't think it was the hotel's fault. Anyhow she managed to sort it for us so we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was in the middle of being decorated so the common parts were a real mess however the room was ok. Tea/coffee facilities would be good

Review 11：It's undergoing refurbishment, the air conditioning did not work, neither did the telephone. There was no safe in the first room I occupied. The shower attachment was faulty and the toilet flushed badly.

Review 14：I am sorry to say that this hotel has quite a few kinks to work out before being up to snuff. They are renovating, and while the facade is pleasant, the workmanship is shoddy. Upon checking in to our room, I nearly slipped and fell from a puddle of water that had collected on the floor below an A/C unit. We had adjoining rooms (travelled with another couple) and their room was chilly and ours was quite warm We informed the staff, and they moved us to another room, with a similar problem (one room with working A/C, one with almost no A/C). The bedside tables were very wobbly, the bath tubs- I would not recommend for the elderly or people with balance issues - they are high above the floor, and sloped just enough to be dangerous. Our toilet also didn't flush initially (badly connected in the tank), there was a strong smell of stale urine in our bathroom, and a hole in the other couple's bathroom (unsealed). This would all be fine for a soft opening, but as a paying customer, this hotel was disappointing.

Review 15：The location - right near the heart of things, and parking garage directly across the street. Free coffee and drinks all day in the hotel cafe. Good wifi.

Review 16：the air conditioning was pretty ordinary and we overheated. The lift was tiny and barely fit our luggage. Breakfast was very uninspiring.

Review 18：There was a major construction fault on the foyer floor as the carpeting hid a floor lip. Someone from our group fell on that floor as the rollers under her luggage got caught on that floor lip while she was pulling her luggage. No injuries only some sizable bruising the next morning.

Review 25：Staff were all very friendly, helpful & courteous. Ideally located for easy walk to station, Quay, Old Town & Stade Mayol. Room was large, clean, well laundered and a great walk in shower. We had an unexpected sea view (just) and a view of the mountains. Good continental breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice. I will use again, when next in the area.

Review 26：Mid railway station and harbour it offers easy acces to everything.The room was recently decorated in crisp colours and the new bathroom and separate WC a joy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the hotel is still subject to redecoration but this did not spoil our stay. I would recommend having the breakfast.

Review 29：- While the hotel has an elevator which works very efficiently most of the time, there is only one and only room for two people and one baggage, at most...for the entire hotel. When I checked out (staying in the 4th), the elevator took so long that I had to walk down carrying my bags from the 4th floor

Review 30：- Very clean hotel, modern rooms - Strong water pressure for those great "wake me up" morning showers - Comfy bed - Rooms were a decent size so as not to feel too squeezed in - Staff was pleasant, always greeted me as a entered and exited the hotel; they also spoke a little bit of English, a bit of Spanish and with my bit of French, we all got by just wonderfully

Review 31：The reception on arrival was poor. We were barely acknowledged and our key handed over Without any details given of breakfast hrs, facilities etc. That said the reception staff after that first night were friendly and courteous.

Review 32：I phoned at 22:45 and receptionist told me they were fully booked. At 23 we went to ask directly and magically they had a room available. Receptionist was finishing the shift and was ready to go home, that is why they were fully booked. I wanted to pay directly if price similar to booking, they refused and ask me to pay more. In front of the reception I used the iPhone to pay the room. In this hotel they prefer to pay commission than get money straight from the client.

Review 33：Hotel is oldish and need some renovation. For the price we pay it was anyhow comfortable and clean, that is the most important.

Review 36：Even though check-in is at noon, the housekeeper was just finishing in our room at 2pm. The a/c didn't work, and when we mentioned about it we were told that they will try and have a look at it. Later we were told that nobody wouldn't fix it on a Sunday, and that this has been a problem in this room before! After our second hot night at check-out we mentioned about it again and got TOTALLY ignored. No apologies.

Good choice of continental breakfast. Staff all spoke English & were polite & helpful. Refurbishment of some rooms going on but we didn't notice apart from the builders truck parked outside.

Review 40：I was with my girlfriend in holiday. We enjoyed good location of the hotel - 5 minutes to railwaystation, to port - 5 minutes too. The personnel of hotel was very very friendly. The window was in a court yard, therefore it was silent. By breakfast rolls and croissants were the freshest.

Review 76：The first room we had was viewers opposite an office from which the working personal could look in easily. The adequate personal CPU D change it into a better perfect room. I would advice the hotel to make the blinds for the windows as shelter for the sun and to spare energy from airco. A small fridge would be convenient.

Review 82：I didn't observe any of the complaints from some previousreviewers.The hotel seems rennovated - our room looked fresh painted andwith new furniture. Fyi, the self service breakfast comprises typically3-4 types of each: cereals, cheese, yogurts, ham/salami, bread,croissons, coffee, juice, marmelade, fruit. Maybe there are also eggs, Iforgot. All food is fresh and tasty. Granted, it's not the largestof choices, but enough for a good meal that lasts. And the breakfastbuffet opens already at 5:30, also over the weekend.

Review 85：Two days before departure, we went back to the room after the beach and found it completely empty: no money, no documents, no clothes and suitcase. Very surprised, very angry... It turned out that we were transferred to another room with wet floor and bad smell of dampness because regular customer wanted exact this room we were staying. No one of the staff came up and did not forewarn us about this no one apologized but changed the wet room to more clean... thank's for that. It's too disgusting and humiliating way the staff acts. Will not stay here again.

Review 88：The hotel is in need of redecoration - the room was tatty. The bathroomwas clean, with a separate toilet. The shower attachment is handheldwhich was slight awkward for showering. While the sound insultation wasok, there was no air con (only a fan system) and having the window openwas impossible as the road noise was so loud. The hotel did smell ofsmoke throughout.
