Review 1：Excellent apartment with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly owners, easy access to motorway and other roads for touring the island. Super Market next door and large shopping centre nearby.
Review 2：Spacious, clean, lovely host. Absolutely nothing to complain about. This apartment is a good find. Most tourists prefer the south, but Vecindario is a short bus ride away from those beaches and from the airport, while also having the advantage of not being too crowded or touristy.
Review 3：Clean and tidy apartment. Location is a bit away from the center but easy to buy what you need. The owner is very considerate and kind. Wonderful stay.
Review 4：It was a big clean appartment (4-5 people can easily fit in), everything was neat. Presence of a washing machine, nice kitchen, a lot of towels, clean bathroom and good working TV and wifi. Friendly owners, (they brought salt and pepper when we asked for it). Shop (medium size supermarket) was very close, and a huge commercial centre (Centre Atlantico) is a 10 minutes walk. We have rented a car, so we could easily reach everything with it. Aeroport is a 15 minute drive. Maspalomas is a 20 minute drive, Las Palmas is a 20-25 minute drive. Car could be easily parked near the appartment.

Review 9：When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the family who were so friendly and showed us all that we needed for our stay and provided us with cold water to drink. The apartment was immaculate and we had everything we could need. It's in a really convenient location and a short walk to restaurants and shops - there is even a handy little supermarket just across the road which sells all you could want for a short stay. Our kind hosts even gave us a lift to the airport at 5am on our last day! We'll definitely be visiting again, we loved it! Muchas gracias!

Review 11：The appartment is located in a calm neighborhood, very well equiped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Review 12：The facilities were newly renovated, modern and spotlessly clean. Very good value. The family renting the apartment were charming and spoke good English making it easy for us to communicate. They arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. Very helpful. It was a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Review 21：Very nice apartment and a sweet sweet landlord. The apartment was only five minutes from the highway giving us an easy access to Gran Canaria and also the local beach Playa del Arinaga where the landlord also have some 1. Class rental apartments situated right on the waterfront. All in all a fair bargain.

As someone who travels to Gran Canaria regularly, this is the best place I've found yet that allows me a really pleasant one night stay before catching a transfer flight
