Reviews for Séjours & Affaires Rennes Villa Camilla
Review 1:no cleaning service on weekends
Review 2:Very close to the university, extremely comfortable little apartment with everything that is needed for even very long stays
Review 3:Silly things:- Supplied 1 Tea, 1 coffee and 1 sugar for a room for up to 4 persons. Request to wash your own dishes = soaking wet plates in cupboard - no dishcloth supplied. Freezer compartment of fridge totally iced-up - not useable - needs defrosting. Only 3 coat hangers in total. Attention to detail is required. Pricing = All the little surcharges add up = Not as cheap as first appears. BUT I would stay there again.
Review 4:New Hotel, new furnishings = Not worn out Very pleasant, helpful staff - multilingual Excellent location for my purposes.
Review 5:Upholstery was a little grubby. Apartment could have been cleaner.
Review 6:Big comfy bed, secure parking, close to a supermarket, bus stop and metro. Quite good kitchen equipment for the space available.
Review 7:Bed sheets dirty, blankets dirty, toilet dirty on arrival, kettle didn't work, floor hadn't been swept. No-one in reception during our stay, so couldn't complain. Entry/exit to the car park is complicated. Not a bad price, but I would not recommend.
Review 8:The room had sufficient space for 3 adults, and the room was quiet.
Review 9:not great location for the centre - about 25 min walk away and through a not very good neighbourhood. wi-fi only available in public spaces, and could only pick it up in hallways!
Review 10:modenr, clean and comfortable hotel. very friendly and helpful staff. free secure underground parking
Review 11:I requested a single room and was given a spacious one-bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen. I think 4 people could have comfortably lived there for a week or more. It's a bit far from the center but there are buses and metro so it was not a problem.
Review 12:the apartment is a bit dirty, dirt marks on the wall, a bit old, wifi is also not strong and often log out - the sofa bed is not bad, but found lots of hair and some old used tissue by last guest and not cleaned up by room service cleaning
Review 13:great location, mega cheap, probably the best price value I got in the entire Normandy/Brittany travel for 14 days, it is unbelievable cheap considering the space you got in the flat and a kitchen on top?? super close to down town Rennes - top!
Review 14:Easy to locate, there is secure parking but we parked for free across the road. Secure system for getting entry key. The appartment was clean, and had everything we needed for our 2 nights - good bed, a fridge, a kettle, very clean, and wifi.
Review 15:The wifi -- needed to re-enter the password and user name pretty much constantly! Quite annoying after a while.
Review 16:Very comfortable room and beds -- great shower and bathroom facilities.
Review 17:Nothing really
Review 18:The ease of location, easy walk into centre and well placed near the motorway. Most importantly the most helpful staff I have come across in many years visting France. I visit 3/4 times a year and the staff Stephanie and William could not have helped more. In fact they made our visit to the Two stages of the Tour de France a Tour de Force so to speak, they were pleasant, helpful and above all totally professional, they are an asset to the Company
Review 19:That was the only problem for us is no air conditioning
Review 20:I liked everything From the comfort of the hotel to the nice warm welcoming staff Very near to everything The best boulangerie in town At two steps Mac Do even Carfoor pizza domino And the best is your surrounded by three shuttle stations
Review 21:Breakfast time only 2 hours, WiFi limited to 2 devices, air-conditioning difficult to use, nice to have a kitchen however they ask you to clean dishes but provide no sponges or tea towels, claim television provides English channel but didn't and some staff nice others not so much.
Review 22:Nice to have an apartment close to the university.
Review 23:Check-out process was confusing as the reception was closed during our visit (arrived Saturday afternoon and left on Sunday).
Review 24:The studio was really nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Also enjoyed the facilities for cooking (fridge, hob, pans, cups, etc). Building and room felt secure with keycard entry. Free slippers was a nice extra!
Review 25:Limited access to WIFI. When travelling with a family of 4, limiting the wifi access to 2 devices is not handy. Light in the toilet did not work and it was difficult to change the room temperature at night.
Review 26:Great location just outside the city centre. The best bakery in town is located by the front door with a Carrefour only 2 minutes walk away.
Review 27:The kitchen equipment was not very clean, a bit greasy The reception is closed most of the weekend They require you to wash dishes, which is very understandable, but fail to provide a sponge and towel to dry up.
Review 28:The WIFI works awesomely ! Friendly staff Near Villejean Campus
Review 29:A bit far from the city center but metro nearby
Review 30:Friendly staff, very comfortable, not too expensive, supermarket and bakery just around the corner, modern interior
Review 31:Quality of service, value and location
Review 32:There was no one at the reception early morning or evening
Review 33:Its close to university, there is a small Carfour nearby.
Review 34:no hair drier in room, too short working time in front office...
Review 35:Lots of facilities for cooking. Service is good.
Review 36:Sometimes the internet conectivity was low
Review 37:Everything was great
Review 38:A bargain
Review 39:The sofa bed was very squeaky.
Review 40:The staff were incredibly helpful and nice to deal with!!!
Review 41:An issue with hot water. WiFi didn't work very well.
Review 42:Staff efficient and friendly. Was easy to find accommodation. Parking was appreciated.
Review 43:everything was nice
Review 44:We were 3 girls, the room was well heated, big and divided in two spaces with two double beds. We had 2 television, a kitchen area and a nice bathroom. The place is clean, comfortable and not far from the center. Well connected with buses - there are several an hour- while the nearer metro stop is 10 minutes away walking. We arrived late in the night when the reception was already closed but outside there is a check-in machine though so we could get in. We paid about 15 euros per night.
Review 45:Take a tea-towel.
Review 46:For one adult and one older child (who did not want to share a bedroom) this was perfect. It allowed us to have separate sleeping rooms whilst still having a communal day-time space. The apartment was very well equipped for cooking and eating there. We were visiting my daughter at Rennes 2 University, (université rennes 2) which was only a 6 minute walk away.
Review 47:The fridge suddenly began to defrost and all meals inside got wet and we had to throug away ome things. It happens during weekend and nobody was on the front desk to help us.
Review 48:Espacious Comfortable The kitchen was working prefectly and was full equiped Very quiet, good views, eco friendly
Review 49:kitchen too close to the bed - shower door opening towards the inside (not easy to get in and out because to narrow) - one of the 2 rooms did not smell fresh
Review 50:room with enough space for 4 people - ok as hotel room, but not suitable as appartment where you would cook and eat.
Review 51:Some guests were smoking at nigths, so we had to keep
Review 52:The appartments are nice and well equipped with the basic stuff you need for a couple of weeks. The personal was very friendly and helpful. Even when the reception desk is closed, you can call them and they will help you somehow. The building is located in the west, but the city centre is very close, and there are buses and a metro station nearby.
Review 53:Pay attention to their office hours of operation. Not a problem if youdo. As I seen they were extremely accomodating and flexible.
Review 54:The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and our late arrival, making the check in seemless. Also the room exceeded our expectationsregarding the livability on our week long stay. There was a full kitchenwith small stove, refridgerator and sink. Attached to a comfortableliving area with modular multipurpose furnature which we found meet allou8r needs. The place was spotless, the beds comfortable. I woulddefinately recommend a stay here. It is particularly well suited forthose parents who might be visiting their kids at the University centerand is also withing walking distance of the scenic old town. Metro ofcourse is convenient.
Review 55:Great value for money. The apartments are well equiped and very clean. The furniture is quite new. It's about 5 minutes to the centre by car. Ihighly recommend it.
Review 56:Elevator malfunction, freshly painted stairwell
Review 57:Nice and clean rooms, parking, walking distance from the university and city center, favorable prices
Review 58:Good location Garage Friendly and helpful staff
Review 59:-comfort -location - staff
Review 60:I liked that it was clean and peace.
Review 61:The layout, size and facilities in the room were excellent. The beds including the pull out sofa bed were very comfortable.
