Review 11：The Curtains!!! They were very small we were therefore able to only cover half the French windows. This meant that in order to have some privacy in the rooms, we had to take the roller blinds down...very odd!

Review 13：lift broke down a couple of times,was frightening as noone came when we rang the bell,but when we complained,as we didnt use the lift any more,and we were on the third floor,they were going to put emergency phone in lift.
