Review 4：We spent one week in a room on the top floor with a magnificent view on the ocean. The entire villa has recently been renovated and everything was done with top quality. The room was very comfortable as well as the bathroom; everything in high quality finish. The balcony with view was amazing. This is also where the amazing breakfast is served every morning. In the mezzanine of the villa a small kitchenette is available to all guests to prepare simple meals to be enjoyed on the balcony. Tea and coffee as well as hot chocolate are also complementary. Included in the stay are use of bicycles as there are plenty of nice routes to take, including mountain bike trails. It's only a small stroll to the town centre and the beach is right in front of the villa, behind the dunes. Not far from Soulac sur Mer is the Medoc wine region with many chateaux to visit and to taste wine. The hosts, Francois and Regine, provided a very warm welcome and ensured that every part of our stay was as enjoying as possible. They take your wellbeing very serious and are there to give you advice on where to eat or what to discover. We felt very much at home from the beginning thanks to them. It is somewhat in the upper price ranges but it was worth every cent. Thanks Regine and Francois for a great stay.
