Review 1：when we arrived at hotel there was no one to meet us at reception. in our room there was nothing there milk tea any essentials etc etc not even a bar of soap to wash . the bed was like a brick . the welcome meeting although the hotel was advertised on an English website only catered for the French and the whole meeting was in French that made us feel uncomfortable the staff should speak english too we should not have been charged for the car parking there or at least we should have had the option not just charged at the end of the holiday.to have to Leave our room so early in the morning when our flight wasn't until 7 pm was also disappointing and the worse part was that the zip code did not take us to the premises we drove around for 3 hours and was helped by some locals and arrived at midnight the hotel should be well signposted not just have a small sign put on a lampost we would have never found it . the distance from the slopes well exceeded what was advertised.

Review 20：Kitchen are far too small.hardly ant work top space. There was only one sofa that sat a max 3 persons, it was an apartment for 6, 3 had to sit on hard dining chairs. The pool was cold. The end of stay cleaning was expensive as it always is. In France. The standard of cleanliness was not great on arrival.scirting boards were dirty,behind doors floors were grubby.furniture was tired looking.

Review 21：The apartment was good size.large lounge/ diner with small kitchen area at one end. Bedrooms were basic but adequate. There was plenty of storage but not in the bedrooms.

Review 22：Directions provided to the chalet are difficult to follow. Also no towels, no bathroom mats... everything is an extra cost.

The bedroom ceiling made it impossible to walk round the bed without stooping. The fixtures and fittings were very basic and cheap. The sheets had holes in them and the pillows were thin where the filling hadn't clumped. There was an odour of drains emitting from the vents in the apartment.
