Review 1："Minimalistic" interior. Lack of noise "protection" from the corridor.

Review 4：Quiet and short distance from airport

Review 5：Where do I begin? First, the street address given for this property iscompletely fictitious! The street it is in is currently a pedestrian-only walkway. So even if your gps is up to date for Vecindario (ourswasn't), you will never find the hotel except on foot. Its parkinggarage is located on the other side of the building on a differentstreet, and is not clearly marked. We parked several blocks away and Imade it to the hotel on foot, then got written directions on how tonavigate the town and arrive at parking. When we finally arrived, wewere given a room number but not told what floor the room was on; wewere told to put the key card into the elevator and it would take us tothe right floor. Instead, it took us to the street! Once that wasstraightened out, we got to the room, and the air conditioning did notwork. (By 3 the next morning, when we had to get up for our flight, itwas slightly cooler in the living room where the air vent is, but not inthe bedroom which has no vent). The hotel was filled with college kidswho were running through the halls banging on doors. An absolutenightmare of a hotel.

Review 6：The only thing really outstanding about this property were the staff,who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The girl at the desk whenwe arrived appreciated the absurdity of the situation and was very kindand apologetic. The staff were kind enough to provide us with anelectric fan to compensate for the non-working air conditioner, andbecause of our extremely early departure the next morning they gave useach a "picnic" we could eat at the airport, which was verykind of them. (Good sandwich, a fresh pear and bottled water.) The staffdid ring the room where most of the rowdy students seemed to be staying(only after we complained) and they were more quiet afterwards.

Review 7：Good location within a 20 euro taxi ride from the airport. Friendly staff and decent breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy but good enough to start you off for the day. Rooms were clean and functional,there are places to sit around near the reception area. There are a good selection of bars and shops near by.

Review 8：The magnetic cards worked badly. The one for the parking never worked, so that we went through the reception to exit the parking every time. Even the one for the room failed once.

Review 9：Wonderful hotel, with smiling personnel and a lot of space (common spaces on the floors, living room inside the bedroom). You get a free parking. Also the breakfast buffet was very decent, especially for the price!

Review 43：this is clearly an out-of-date, budget hotel despite the 8.1 rating. they don't even have a proper reception desk and restaurant, just two furnished spaces in the dark, dingy basement of a building, very strange. the reception is very slow at check-in, still using paper records. breakfast is minimal just like everything else here. every person in the room needs a separate wifi account to use the internet and has to log in each time. honestly i don't understand how it could have been rated above 8. we also stayed at Hotel Escuela S.B. with only a slightly higher rating and slightly more expensive but we had a much more pleasant stay there than at this hotel.

Review 44：convenient location close to the airport and highway. big shopping center nearby. very basic room facility but kept quite clean. internet speed is ok but had to log in each time we used it. really convenient that guests can park freely at the hotel's own parking in the underground garage.

Review 45：This is a great hotel to use as a base to explore the other parts of the island, the bus stop to the south is just a minute's walk from behind the hotel. The bus stops to the North are a few minute's walk along the main street. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Review 51：This hotel is located in a city, where the locals live, so it’s not overcrowded with tourists and therefore is not overpriced. A great ‘plus’ was the hotel’s parking facilities. The room was quite big and the hotel breakfast buffet (4 eur) and dinner buffet incl. wine (8 eur) taste great.

Review 53：The service at the reception was excellent. we got a big lux room with an excellent room and bathroom, extra room, 2 big flat screen TVs. A bed was comfortable and huge but pillows were not comfortable enough. good location with bus stops and shops nearby. soaps, shampoos and extra stuff for the bathroom provided. everything was very tidy.

Review 58：The only thing I really did not like is that my room was facing a courtyard which was easy to access for all guests, meaning that if I leave the window open, people could easily climb inside. And the street outside the hotel is now pedestrians only, so bit of a walk to the airport bus.

Review 59：This hotel is well-run and has everything a budget traveller wants. The breakfast is a bargain if you book it with the room. Fast, usable wi-fi. The location is in the middle of Vecindario, which is neither prettty nor a tourist town, but perfect if you want to experience a real canarian everyday town.

Review 60：Clean, comfortable and affordable, breakfast and evening meals also available, with helpful staff and free wifi, for when I travel and need an overnight stay to catch my connecting flight, no more than a 20 euro taxi fare from the airport. Below the hotel is a couple of bars, I prefer the first bar on the left as you look at the hotel from the outside, I use it in the evening for a couple of beers and a nice plate of 'Gambas'

Review 61：Check in in the night was really, really slow...You have to pay inadvance, something I always dislike (it seems that they believe youare going to run away!!) when you arrive at 0300am, you just want togo to bed...

Review 68：I think this hotel can be assessed at three stars.Free wi-fi inside the room. Parking with a lot of empty places. Price !!! It really best hotel for such money. If you will use own (rended) car, you should not worry about it location on island. Moreover, you will get equal distance to beach in Lospalomas (Dunas de Maspalomas) and Las Palmas. Additional advantage of this location is less foreigners per square meter - you can have a rest from the people ;) And if you like windsurfing then Vecindario is the best place because about 3,5 kilometers to Pozo izquierdo where you may have a great time. ;) And... ...When you stand on the Avenida de Canarias and see the entrance, on the right (!!!) you will see the cafe (the nearest to door of the hotel), where I ate the best pizza in my life. It is called "Poctam". :)
