Review 1：Room was very small. No place to put the suitcase, and virtually no closet. It was hard to find the control of the room temperature, and not enough light in the room. No facilities to make coffee or tea (neither at the room no in the lobby---actually there is no real lobby).

Review 2：The hotel is nicely located and very clean.

Review 3：BEWARE! We booked this hotel only to have our booking cancelled at the last minute by the hotel saying it was closing down. However within days it was accepting bookings again. It looks like as soon as their booking levels raised, they cancel any discounted bookings. BEWARE!!!!

Review 5：At the time of check-in no one informed us that the hotel closes for the night so we were quite terrified when we came back from the restaurant, just before midnight, and couldn't get in! We rang the bell and then phoned for a long while before someone let us in.

Review 6：The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Rennes; although our room was very small it was clean and fresh, the decor is very nice, generally speaking it is a very cosy place. The breakfast was EXCELLENT.

Review 49：The room I occupied was very small but that did not unduly bother me, but because of the size there was nowhere to hang clothes. No wardrobe or even recess nor any hangers only a small wooden rack to accomodate a coat and trouser bar. The room was nice and bright from a large window but this was overlooked by flats. A blind or even a simple net curtain would have offered some pivacy.Due to the location the lift stopped between floor levels (but the staff did take my bag up ) and as the nature of an obvious conversion, there were twisting stairs to negotiate when I went in or out of the room and a very narrow access to the room. I would not recommend this room, or other similar ones to elderly visitors .I would consider staying there again but in a better room, this 'budget' room I think was a little overpriced. I would reccommend the hotel generally.

I loved the decor of the hotel and the bed was verycomfortable. The customer service was great. I still cannot believe howcheap the room was compared to the service and quality of the hotel!

Priority had been given to the rooms of departing guests. Not a major issue but it would have been nice to put our feet up on a freshly made bed after walking around the city for several hours.

Review 62：The lift was incredibly small and the lights on the stairs didn't work well enough to illuminate the whole way. As the staircase was spiral and narrow this was a real problem, especially as two of our group were in their eighties.
