Review 1：There was no one at reception at both my arrival and departure - I rang the bell for attention but no once came. I had to call the hotel phone whilst standing at reception; finally some from the kitchen came. There was a radiator but couldn't control it so room was quite cold.
Review 2：excellent location - very close to train station and university, where I was attending a conference. Room very comfortable. No shower but bath was relaxing

Review 6：The location of the hotel based on my needs was perfect with the venue only a 10 minute walk away. The budget rooms are nice and cosy, slept well.
