Review 1：Bathroom needed to be tidied up.
Review 2：Friendly staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival, our room was a good size and warm on a wet November day. The food was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Review 7：On checking out we had to call a staff member who appeared to have been asleep, she was abrupt and not particularly helpful, suggested we should have just left our key on the desk instead of handing it in.
Review 8：The manager was friendly and helpful and morning waiting staff were friendly. I thought I had left a jacket behind & the lady who dealt with me was lovely went off to check called bk to say it wasn't there & called me again the next day to say they didn't have it. Thankfully I found it in our luggage.
Review 9：The friendly staff. Cleaner, breakfast staff. Bit of nonsense with management. Paying your bill when you haven't even seen your room. Bad policy and unfriendly When they have your credit card details. I have never been asked to do that before. Ridiculous. A bit of sound insulation between rooms. Wouldn't go amiss. You can practically hear other people breathe.

Review 12：Television reception poor, no ITV, told it was on channel 6 (no ), then man coming tomorrow to sort out reception,(no one came), no hot water during the day, tiny bathroom (I am disabled but just managed).
Review 13：the hotel was near to the main resort,, with a car park! Disabled ramp access, nice size bedroom. Staff were lovely.
Review 14：The shower was hot, do nothing to moan about there. However the shower head was not connected to the wall very secure not could you adjust the height of this. With me being six foot I needed to crouch in order to have a shower. Please purchase a new one.
Review 15：No opening window or air conditioning and very hot in room , turned radiator off but still hot , shower head was pointing at wall and kept falling off and hit both my self and my 12 year old daughter in the head then all black stuff was coming out of the shower head which was in the water which was disgusting .only 4 TV canals , no itv , TV ( bbc 1 , BBC 2 , Chanel 4 and film 4 ) it was very very small portable up high on the wall . The mirror was to far from the plug so you couldn't see to dry your hair ! And the breakfast was from 8:30 to 9:30 an it was poor .

Review 17：Super close to The Tunnels Beaches for a wedding of friends, no need for the car. Friendly staff at check in, which was after midnight due to flight arriving at Bristol Airport.

Review 32：The ensuite bathrooms were cleaned with bleach disinfectant, leaving a strong smell of chlorine in the room. The building is tired, and the hotel room reminds you of Mr Beans famous room 426. There is considerable noise from other rooms, and the sound of pipes, be they sewage or water, is a regular accompaniment to the normal seaside noises.
Review 33：The staff were wonderful, with a friendly greeting and a warm smile. The location, a 3-4 minute walk from the beach was also oustanding, as was the availability of free (though tight!) parking. The hot breakfast filled the gap.
