Reviews for Le Louvre
Review 1:The room had Climate Control, but the window did not open to let in some fresh air. WiFi was out of reach and slow.
Review 2:This hotel was old and clearly refitted. The hote still kept its old charme, where the room did not. It was however well equipped and spacious. Good value for its price.
Review 3:Upstairs room floor was noisy. Internet didn't work. But minor problems.
Review 4:We had very nice stay for over few nights. Perfect place to do whole day trip to Chateuneaf du Pape. Good walking distance from Orange center. Staff very friendly.
Review 5:The hotel is practically next to the station but close enough to the town to make walking a pleasure. The staff were very friendly and helpful Air conditioning in the room was brilliant as it was vey hot and this made sleeping easier.
Review 6:Wifi is a bit iffy, but the mistral was blowing strongly most of the time, so I don't know if that caused the slow loading or not.
Review 7:Quiet, supermarket is close, nice and comfortable feel. Manager is very helpful and speaks english.
Review 8:Everything was perfect!
Review 9:Room was very clean, with comfortable beds. Wifi signal on first floor is very strong, we parked in front of hotel and didn't have to pay for parking. At reception desk guy was polite and offered us twin bed room which we wanted at first place. It's peaceful and provided a good relaxation before we continued with our roadtrip.
Review 10:Nothing
Review 11:A warm welcome from the manager and a comfortable room awaited us. The lift was great with all our luggage and we enjoyed our evening meal in the hotel restaurant.
Review 12:The hotel was a little difficult to find, but after a phone call to the hotel we were given directions and found the hotel easily.
Review 13:The layout of the bedroom was very good. We was travelling with a mentally handicapped adult and the layout of the rooms were very good. Lovely comfortable beds.
Review 14:Smokers by the pool!
Review 15:The breakfast was generous and delicious. the spacious, clean room and bathroom. the staff friendly and helpful. Nice walk to town center.
Review 16:It was somewhat run down, so accommodation is best described as "adequate". With an open-top car I am anxious to have secure parking; car parking in garage is advertised, but I was told none was available.
Review 17:Reception staff were very helpful. Location was good for exploring Orange (easily walkable to centre and Roman Theatre) and surrounding countryside and towns.
Review 18:Shower did not have a hook in the rather cramped space. Needed some updating.
Review 19:Staff could not have been more helpful
Review 20:Meal at restaurant downstairs was a great experience
Review 21:Noise due to trainstation
Review 22:Parking place

Review 37:No extra comforts, tiny bathroom, cheap furniture, but a good stay for a quick stop in Orange.
Review 38:The bad is terrible. There was dirt in my shower Wifi is slow. Way too expensive for this peice.
Review 39:Dodgy area Feels unsafe
Review 40:Nice owner Clean room
Review 41:There was no toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival.
Review 42:The swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent.
Review 43:The bed sheets were full of hair (not one, but many peaces) of previous guests, what indicates that cleanliness was not a priority.
Review 44:Polite staff.
Review 45:outdated and a bit stale, but it was cheap and clean
Review 46:staff very, very nice
Review 47:The location next to the station and ten minutes walk from the town centre. The welcome and the friendly staff. The room, the standard of the decoration, the bed, the bathroom. The breakfast. The peace and quiet. The value for money.
Review 48:not enough quantity of towels, only one chair in the room, window on ground floor situated next to public terrace, lack of free parking place next to the hotel
Review 49:comfortable bathroom,
Review 50:The elevator broke down on a Friday our first morning of 4, so this isFrance, and no repair until at least Monday. There appears to be somerenovation going on that needs to be completed. The description leadsyou to believe that laundry is self serve, but the manager did ourlaundry himself.
Review 51:Location was quiet as not located in city center. When the elevatorbroke, the room of my elderly parents was moved to the main floorwithout any hassle. The young manger was very helpful and accommodating.
Review 52:The telephone in my room wasn't working, but the manager let me usethe phone at the front desk.
Review 53:You are already citing my report from last year, and I would still saythe same thing.
Review 54:No coffee making facitilities on site either in room or in onpremises(bought coffee from a vending machine at the railway station).Unless there were more than 2 customers the place was in total darknessand it felt we were on an energy conserving premises, we know we haveglobal warming but is not inviting for people who may call in to getaccomodation. Does not promote the restuarant right next door to hispremises, hence a wall of 3km in to town on new years eve to findeverything shut except the kebab shop. So much for a new years festival.
Review 55:Close to the rail services, clean tidy and quiet.
Review 56:The hotel was run-down. The carpet was very old and shabby. The toilet was not seated well, so shifted every time someone sat down. The shower head did not fit in the holder, so you had to take a one-handed shower. The wi-fi was sporadic and required us to ask for help every time we tried to connect.
Review 57:Bed linens and towels were clean. Location was convenient to walk into the center of town and for public transportation.
Review 58:Since I don't travel with a laptop computer or i-phone, I would appreciate having access to a public computer on which I could check my email.
Review 59:A quiet and comfortable room with air conditioning available when needed. The new lock on the door provided greater security than was available last fall when I stayed at this hotel.
Review 60:NOthing in particular.
Review 61:Very pleasant receptionist, very helpful. Good English. Very convenient to railway.
Review 62:The staff. Incredibly rude when we tried to check out. He kept talking to various French customers and ignoring us.

Review 74:The closeness to the station and the friendliness of the staff
Review 75:For what it was we thought it was overpriced.
Review 76:Breakfast was excellent-plenty of it and very fresh.
Review 77:poor family suite dirty carpeting creepy bath too expensive
Review 78:next to train station breakfast private parking
Review 79:It is a standard of 3 stars hotel. However, the rate should already include the breakfast for 2 persons.
