Reviews for Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport - Bath Road

Review 1:Very little except it seemed the carpets in the room appeared a bit dusty.

Review 2:Very clean and close to airport. Breakfast is very good value for money. Staff was beyond super helpful!. Spcial thanks to Alina

Review 3:Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, well cooked and great value for money. Sadly whilst the food being offered for breakfast was excellent the restock of food was exceptionally slow and the food was over cooked or in the case of the egged VERY undercooked

Review 4:Receptionist checking us in was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were excellent.

Review 5:Breakfast although plentiful a little tasteless based on other Premier Inns I have stayed at. Beer expensive and watered down. Not enough towels, even after requesting some and told housekeeping would bring some they didnt arrive.

Review 6:Location To Heathrow airport

Review 7:It was far too big, there were people everywhere. Everyone seemed to be checking in at once and we had to check ourselves in on a computer as no one available. In the evening there was everyone in the bar which was a good atmosphere but no tables & chairs for ages.

Review 8:Comfort of room, breakfast staff were very intentative. You couldn't hear the planes from the rooms which was a very big bonus.

Review 9:my room was on the first floor but people from the second floor was playing foot ball or karate children keep waking up and I could not get a good sleep

Review 10:very clean staff was very friendly

Review 11:We needed a place to stay overnight for a morning flight - we expected a hotel and were surprised that there were restaurants and a bar in the hotel! Breakfast buffet was perfect to start a long day traveling.

Review 12:The only thing I would like to be improved is breakfast to be included in the price of the room we stayed in.

Review 13:I liked my request of 2 double beds in a room was satisfied. It was very quite around. Housekeeping was good, receptionists were polite and helpful. Location is good with a few shops. nearby.

Review 14:The hotel is clearly designed for people staying one night between flights or before leaving Heathrow and the UK. Prices are high. It seems mean to me that Premier Inn charges for extras like use of the room safe (GBP1.50) and the luggage scales on the ground floor. I know of no other hotel that charges for the safe in the rooms. I realise that one of the busiest airports in the world is just over the back fence, but more could be done to soundproof rooms, like mine, on that side of the hotel. Finally, given that the hotel caters to arriving and departing airport passengers, surely the dining room should open before 6am (on weekends). My flight left Terminal 2 at 9am, meaning I did not have time for breakfast.

Review 15:The location is very convenient. The welcome from reception was good. A particular thank you to the barman who gave me good advice on local transport and facilities.

Review 16:Good hotel for an overnight stay at Heathrow. The reception staff I encountered were all helpful and friendly. Stayed twice recently, on 29 Dec, plenty of parking available and again on 7 Jan. I didn't use restaurant although it all looked very nice. I did make use of 24hr Costa.. Hoppa bus used on day of departure to T5, on time and efficient. Would use this hotel again.

Review 17:rubberised mattress cover caused sweating so turning over was difficult but I understand the hygiene factor.

Review 18:Ample accommodation space; large bed. cleanliness; quiet, bar meals reasonably priced, value for money. Excellent staff attention. Car Parking overnight.

Review 19:Really easy to reach to and from airport using Hotel Hoppa bus, staff very friendly and helpful, good food at restaurant, basic but exceptionally clean rooms.

Review 20:The cleaners were very lousy. They deliberately shirk their responsibilities. I had to remind them to clean my room on Day 2 of my stay after I noticed they didn't do it on Day 1.

Review 21:The warmth by staff at the front desk. Always ready to help and assist.

Review 22:Nothing major but at breakfast there is weird situation where eggs can be ordered through waiting staff but quorn sausages have to be requested through chef...very weird but should be a more straight forward system in place.

Review 23:We are biased as we won't stay anywhere else! Therea are lovely refurbished rooms in parts of the hotel - we loved room 2145. Im assuming this will be carried out through hotel. Breakfast options good. Hubby is vegetarian and often asks for fresh poached eggs and quorn sausages.

Review 24:The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. There was 2 people and only me and my young child at the desk. We had 4 heavy suitcases to pull and at no point did the staff offer to help. The stood there and watched me struggle going back and forth for 20 minutes. I thought this was very rude.

Review 25:The bed was comfortable

Review 26:Very convenient to Heathrow and easy to get into London via bus to Hounslow West tube station. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. This was my third stay, and I'll be back.

Review 27:A terrible nights sleep, so much for their guarantee. It means nothing at all. The staff can't do much about noise and just shrug their shoulders when you let them know. I thought there might have been a refund.

Review 28:Facilities, and the very friendly, helpful staff. There were 4 adults and 3 grandchildren in our party. We asked if we could change our room so we were all closer and it was done very efficiently. We would definitely stay at premier inn again. The rates were also very good.

Review 29:No complaints at all.

Review 30:Although a brief overnight stay, the comfort and facilities were excellent, as were the staff. Quality of breakfast was good, and both I and my son and his young family were well satisfied.

Review 31:Everything great apart from the vinegary smell of the towels - could use a nicer smelling conditioner!

Review 32:Great location next to the airport, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

Review 33:I don't like the location, as there is no one straight transport to central London

Review 34:I like their meals and their staff are helpful especially Monica, the way she attended to us at dinner will make you to feel at home and want to stay longer.

Review 35:Family room rather small.

Review 36:Very near to Heathrow if need to depart very early in the morning or for short stay in London. Shuttle bus to Heathrow makes frequent stops at the hotel. Room is clean and quiet even though can see airplanes landing at the back of the hotel. Costa coffee at the premise makes it easy to grab a quick drink. It is easier to have a car to drive to nearby shops.

Review 37:Convinient location, very close to Heathrow (the bus to the airport leaves every few minutes). The room is basic but has everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Good value.

Review 38:I could hear something banging in the distance which made it tricky to sleep! We were on the top floor, but sounded like someone was in a room above us. Maybe the air-con unit.

Review 39:Location, staff, clean! Just what you'd need for a quick stop before a holiday!

Review 40:Labyrinthine layout: Really difficult to find your room! Check-in kiosk: I'd rather just check in by talking to human.

Review 41:Close proximity to Heathrow: Just take the 111 or 105 bus from Terminal 3's central bus depot to Oxford Ave. stop. Quiet rooms. Modern facilities, lots of dining options.

Review 42:Can be very busy at the restaurants in the evening so make sure you book.

Review 43:I always use this hotel for Heathrow, perfect... Hearty breakfast choices and excellent value. Ample parking on property for a nominal fee.

Review 44:The only negative I have was that when I book again I will be requesting the top floor as we stayed for 2 nights and both night we had very disturbed sleep due to the room above being extremely loud like a herd of elephants running around, not the best build from that aspect.

Review 45:I loved the hotel was very clean and very modern will defiantly book this hotel again

Review 46:A serious shortfall in real ale. Premier Inns need to tap into the abundance of good real ales being brewed in the area.

Review 47:The check-in staff were great, most helpful and contributed to me booking further rooms for 10 days later.

Review 48:difficult to reach and only suitable for night before early morning flight - I waited 1 hr for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel; difficult (time consuming or very costly) to get to the city from the hotel; staff gave contradictory information on taxi reservation

Review 49:super comfy beds - about the best - better than in most 5*hotels; 24hour cafeteria; proximity to airport for early morning flights; good price (both hotel and cafeteria) compared to London city

Review 50:The carpets on the corridors leading to our room needed vacuuming

Review 51:Well located after a long trip from New Zealand. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was tasty and good value.

Review 52:Rooms very slightly tired and quite basic. Beds too soft for me but that is a personal choice.

Review 53:Reasonable location. 24 hour cafe was good and the breakfast was also good. Reasonable price too.

Review 54:- could hear fellow guests passing by our room so doors are definitely not sound proof

Review 55:- close location to all terminals - clean and very modern building - variety of places to eat within the premises - excellent value for money

Review 56:The rooms felt rather old and not as comfortable as the other Premier Inns we have stayed in

Review 57:The location is great, close to Heathrow. My children loved sitting on the benches near the carpark in the morning, watching the planes land. Also the staff were friendly and helpful, even though we had to wait awhile for checkin.

Review 58:There was no room service. U have to go downstairs each time u need something from the bar or restaurant Also no sport channels in the rooms

Review 59:Cleanliness and comfort

Review 60:Wrong rooms at first, someone already in one room then my room was short one towel and toilet used and not flushed.

Review 61:Fab staff when we checked in. Beds very comfy. Quiet room.

Review 62:The male receptionist who booked me in did his job but could have been a little friendlier in his manner. En suite was looking a little dated in my room.

Review 63:Had everything I required for a comfortable stay. Staff at costa counter handed in my purse when I left it behind. Reception contacted me before I realised it had gone missing I was very grateful

Review 64:No complaints at all, children were given a welcome pack, all staff were friendly and helpful, taxi booked for us to take us to airport, friendly restaurant staff, big portions, reasonable prices, would definitely recommend and will definitely use again!

Review 65:Felt a little too busy at times , a conference seemed to spill out into all the lobby area and the bar area was closed off to guests.

Review 66:Close to Heathrow ,great restaurant and bar facilities.

Review 67:Puts more exensive hotels to shame - exceptional staff at check in and in the restaurant. Hard to fault and you would never guess it's s Premier Inn!!!

Review 68:Had a 5 year old in our group who jumped up and down on the bed when we arrived which triggered a complaint although we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms.

Review 69:Reasonable price for a group of 9, staff were very helpful organising airport transport although the hotel is just outside the Heathrow perimeter the nearest free bus stop is only a stones throw away.

Review 70:We thought the hotel was fantastic for the price, the food was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough to help you, jericho on the front desk was excellent, went out of his way to meet our expectations, will definately be booking here again for my next flight in March, was beautifully trimmed up too for christmas, thankyou so much.

Review 71:There was a shuttle bus service listed on the site but no such run existed, however there was a service bus that ran out that way.

Review 72:Convenient for the airport, though that's probably about all.

Review 73:Having to come down to reception to pick up newspapers in the morning. Noisy guests in rooms above - thin walls?

Review 74:Easy fast self check in. the room was clean and a decent size for two. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep.

Review 75:Room location facing car park quite noisey and could also hear the planes landing.

Review 76:Excellent location as I used Purple parking next door to leave my ca whilst on holiday

Review 77:The entrance hall was full of males standing around beer glasses in hand watching football on main screen! Not everyone enjoys football! Vending machines selling necessities which one may have forgotten should be complimentary surely? It appears that this is yet another bland hotel which is an overpriced box!

Review 78:The smell of the bedding. The location was handy.for the airport. Functional I suppose!

Review 79:I have no negative thoughts at all

Review 80:I like the way every member of staff is polite and always asking if they can do anything to help you. Everything about the hotel and its services is clearly explained and nothing is too much trouble. This applies to all the staff not just a few.

Review 81:First I called few days before our stay in premiere inn, to ask a few questions. The female staff with a thick Indian accent was not very helpful, kept hurrying me, saying yes yes yes how can I help, that happened several times all this time I asked the same question, no answer, this lady was obviously not even listening to what I was saying. Finally I told he to stop hurrying me and listen. She very evasively answered my question. Second, not enough staff for such a busy time or big place... my family and I arrived after 9 pm. My children ( 2 and 4 year olds) were very tired from traveling by airplane and car for hours, the were crying and my husband trying to get our luggage in. No one staff came to help, or at least get us checked in. There was only one staff at one welcome desk, I stayed in the line... After a long while another staff came and invited this other couple which just came in through the door, did not even wait in line... The staff did not seam to observe or care about the other people in line or that my children where crying... Teach your staff about priorities, and observing people in their facilities.

Review 82:The breakfast. We had comfortable beds.

Review 83:Very good service nice beds and clean room. Couldn't ask for more. Bus link is next to hotel as well. Restaurant and good facilities all around. Price was also reasonable as well

Review 84:As a result of a 50-1 win on the horses I had a lot of cash with me so wanted to pay the £68 with cash, not card. This added considerably to check-in time as my passport was checked, re-checked and the trainee booking me in had to consult with a more experienced colleague. All done very courteously, but still frustrating as we had been up 22 hours and were keen to get to bed. When I said I wanted a cab I was a bit surprised at the cost (£50 for a 20 minute journey) so suspect the hotel had an arrangement with a local company.

Review 85:Clean room with very comfortable bed

Review 86:It would be great if the airport shuttle was free. In the end I decided to pay 9 pounds more to get my own taxi (the shuttle is 5 pounds) directly to my terminal.Taking the shuttle would mean I would have been dropped off at a different terminal and make my way to my terminal, the time and effort was not worth it.

Review 87:Clean, comfortable, close to the airport, very good value for money.

Review 88:room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. the facilities in the hotel were above standard. bus had regular times to take you to the airpor. overall a great hotel in a great location for heathrow

Review 89:I cannot get into a bath, despite all the aids in the bathroom I couldn't use the showers

Review 90:Helpful staff, I am an 84 year old with walking difficulties, couldn't have managed without help. L

Review 91:1st night barely got any sleep due to banging and thumping from upstairs? Was very dissapointed as it was the night before the Rugby World Cup Final and i wanted a great sleep as it was going to be a huge day

Review 92:Facilities were awesome. Had everything u needed

Review 93:Windows are small and cannot be opened. Some rooms have no view.

Review 94:Large modern hotel easily accessible from Heathrow Airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, modern, functional. 24 hour coffee shop in the reception area.

Review 95:It took 20 minutes to check in as someone was being given training. I understand the need for training but this should be in addition to normal service and not instead of. The restaurant food came out warm not hot and was sent back. When it came out again it was sent back again with the same issue. We were not charged for 2 of the meals because of this, however, I have never had to send food back twice.

Review 96:good location for the airport

Review 97:Presume it was because we were on a cheap deal, our room was far, far away at the end of the building in a corner. Only one coffee/tea sachet. Long delay for shuttle bus, probably Premier Inn's fault

Review 98:Amazingly helpful staff, public areas were lovely, great deal on dinner & breakfast

Review 99:No sleep because of disturbance from person in room above all night. Refund given so very grateful for that.

Review 100:Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Plenty of space. Comfortable room.

Review 101:Staff were fab from the moment we arrived. As soon as they saw the children they handed them goodie bags. They couldn't do enough for you. Food was lovely too

Review 102:Nothing major, just slightly bigger bath would have been nice but other than that no complaints

Review 103:Friendly,helpful staff, lovely comfortable bed and double room was good size

Review 104:Nothing resly

Review 105:Nice girl on reception who was extremely helpful and thought for herself in arranging for me (a bit disabled) to have a ground floor room near the entrance -

Review 106:Not a bad experience just that the bed was not very comfortable.

Review 107:Staff attitude was first rate. Service was excellent, attentive but without being in your face. Considering the proximity to the runway little or no plane noise in the room.

Review 108:The walk to our room was over 200 metres. Should have another lift.an additional tea and coffee would have been welcoming.

Review 109:Comfortable and well situated

Review 110:Staff on arrival were cheerful, extremely helpful and happy. Bright, modern and buzzing ground floor area was welcoming. Used this hotel purely to sleep before an early flight out of Terminal 2.

Review 111:Easy quick check in . Very helpful staff . Food in restaurant was great . A taxi was arranged for transfer to airport . All in all would highly recommend .

Review 112:Having to pay £10 to put my car in the Car Park overnight when I had paid over £100 for the room.

Review 113:The facilities here are the best I have seen at any Premier Inn around the UK, and I stay at quite a few. I will definately be staying here whenever I am in London in the future.

Review 114:Get the safe code wrong and you have to wait 15 mins reset time. A right pain when you're in a hurry to leave but maintenance will pop along and help.

Review 115:Great facilities for a quick overnight stay with a Costa and pub themed restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable modern hotel with fantastic access to the underground via bus network and Hoppa to all terminals.

Review 116:I asked for a iton on reception, i was told he will aend one to the room. It never come. Not a problem but when u say something it should be carried out

Review 117:Clean, top service at the bar from Salvatore. Ideal location to get in and out. Secure. Comfortable.

Review 118:The staff tried too hard and it came across as fake at times. The little desks at the front are a good idea but need to actually be manned from each side. If staff are small it looks as though there are no desks manned and is offputting. Very easy to check in and check out. No issues at all. Enjoyed my stay. Would recommend it.

Review 119:Clean, accessible, modern, helpful staff

Review 120:Nothing

Review 121:The staff were brilliant when welcomed U.S. and paid special attention to my granddaughter! Such a welcome by reception. Also we rushed to leave to catch a flight and staff member carried our luggage to the coach. Everyone was helpful and smiley! We wanted to stay longer!

Review 122:One of the bar staff in the evening was very grumpy as were the costa staff in the morning. One of the staff in the restaurant during breakfast was over friendly and stood talking to us for at least 15 minutes

Review 123:Really lovely staff on the front desk, good food, very comfortable room, majority of the staff were helpful and warm.

Review 124:I hate to say it because every thing else was so good but the ac in our room was a little noisy - room 124

Review 125:It was refreshingly clean and the bed was an absolute delight to be in. Good quality sheets that were near new condition and pillows that were comfortable. The fact that there was a bar and a restaurant within the confines of the hotel was a bonus and the prices weren't over the top. I was expecting a place that was a little tired and past its best but seriously it was excellent.

Review 126:Friendly helpful greeting, comfortable and spacious room, extremely convenient to access the airport with easy, reliable shuttle service. A pleasant experience.

Review 127:I wanted to be near the airport for a morning flight and Premier Inn turned out to being a great find. Good value for money and very comfortable. Restaurant good too.

Review 128:The fluctuation of prices. Price range is vast and inconsistent. We understand that the other Bath Road Premier Inn is used by so many airline staff it has become very expensive to stay there.Probably this is the reason.

Review 129:High standard of service and facilities. The staff team are exceptional and have a positive and infectious enthusiasm for their jobs. We love to see the multi cultural range of people. If there is an award to be won in the industry the two Bath road Premier Inns should win hands down. A company to be trusted.

Review 130:Room was on the small side for a family of 4 and would have liked the availability of a laundry service.

Review 131:Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Located very close to the airport with a regular bus service to nearby town center. Good eating facilities located within the complex. Beds provided for a very comfortable nights rest.

Review 132:Loved the location - whilst waiting for the very convenient 'hop on hotel' bus a plane took off (seemingly) right in front of the hotel doorway! Incredible sight! But hotel was very quiet. Good bar, restaurant etc. Very accommodating staff!
