Greenfields is set amongst 2 acres of private land, in a peaceful, secluded part of Devon and it is just 6 miles from the coast. The bed and breakfast offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and free private parking.
The rooms are decorated using soft neutral colours and they are all equipped with an en suite bathroom and a Freeview TV. The annexe rooms also feature a private entrance, a patio area and a kitchen with a microwave.
Greenfields offers a full English breakfast featuring Bacon, Sausage, Hash Brown, and eggs cooked to your choice, as well as lighter options such as toast with honey and fruit preserves. Cereals and smoked haddock are also features of the breakfast menu.
The Hartland Quay can be reached in 13 minutes by car and offers views across the Atlantic. Hartland Forest Golf Club is just 3 miles away and the pretty seaside town of Bude is less than a 20-minute drive from the property.

Review 11：Everything was so good, it is difficult to pick out what was best! In my life I have been in many B&Bs as a guest, and this one is easily the very best. Debbie and Derek are so nice and run such a great establishment. Any excuse, and we will be there again!!

Review 24：We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Greenfields and can say without hesitation that it's the best we have ever stayed at. Hosts Debbie and Derek were so welcoming and friendly. They keep the place spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are superb with excellent choices. We would definitely stay there again.
Review 25：We received a warm welcome on arrival, which continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The room was spotless with excellent facilities,The breakfast each morning was great with fresh fruit and a choice of breakfasts (cooked to perfection). We would recommend this to friends and family and would stay again for definite.

Review 27：Derek welcomed us by name when we arrived and spent some time with us showing us around and chatting about the local area and our (short) stay. The bed was really comfortable and the room pleasant with a big window and view over the garden. He was concerned about whether the house was warm enough for visitors from abroad but we were fine. He would have put the heating on. The breakfast was fresh, hot and generous and we enjoyed the company. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. It is near the road but the house.and rooms are quiet.

Both hosts chat and greets us during breakfast, they are very friendly and helpful, provided us with lots of travel information in the area. Also breakfast included everything you needed for a good morning, starting from a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal, followed by a very yummy English breakfast. We are very satisfied and will definatly recommended it to others ;))

Review 76：Greenfields was easy to locate and for our purpose, Greenfields was ideally located. The facilities were outstanding - a good sized bath and large fluffy towels! Plenty of parking was available, Breakfast was excellent. Derek and Debbie were very helpful with directions. Grounds and building are well-maintained.
Review 77：Everything! Debbie and Derek were so kind, helpful, welcoming and friendly and after only 3 days we felt we had known them for years. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had everything we needed and more with some lovely touches like fresh flowers and fruit in the room. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and we had a wide choice. Something for everyone. The location was perfect for exploring the North Devon coast and there were some lovely local pubs to eat in in the evenings, recommended by Debbie and Derek. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Review 87：This place is the best B and B I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot!). It was perfect. There was fresh fruit, tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us in our rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and absolutely spotless with lovely bathrooms. It's extremely quiet with large grounds surrounding it. The cooked breakfast was fabulous - made to order. The hosts were lovely to my somewhat boisterous 4 year old. Wifi and TV both worked very well. It was easy to find and a very short, easy drive to Clovelly.

Review 90：Our stay was towards the end of November, so we were glad of the central heating. Bed was comfortable, accommodation spacious and the breakfast was first class. Our hosts are a friendly, welcoming couple.
Review 91：Breakfast was an issue - we needed to leave at 7.30 am and no offer was made to either make us an earlier breakfast (than their offered 8am start time) or any refund offered. Very close to main rd to cornwall therefore much traffic noise until late. the air outside stunk of manure not their fault but still an invasive smell. Half the tv channels do not work. No wifi seemed to be available.
