Reviews for Kilmaronock Manse B&B
Review 1:The wifi wasn't working though we didn't need it. A little hard to find - daylight arrival recommended.
Review 2:Beautiful interiors with a very warm welcome. A comfortable bed and pristine bathroom. Sumptuous breakfasts with homemade jams, fresh berries, greek yoghurt and croissant, or a cooked breakfast if you so desired!
Review 3:Lesley and Doug are the nicest, most welcoming people. They even made the effort and provided soya milk for breakfast. The house is incredibly beautiful and you do not want to leave again.
Review 4:No bad things except when you get there - look for the church and the manse is obviously next door!
Review 5:Fabulous - friendly - clean - super breakfast - comfortable bed - all that you would need.
Review 6:This was luxury B&B and the price certainly reflected this.
Review 7:Very comfortable, attractive and well appointed. Owners friendly and informative. Easy to locate.
Review 8:Mirrors - bathroom mirror too high - I'm 5' and could see the top of my head. Room mirror tucked behind TV and useless to see myself in. The room was not spacious for 2 people and bags and nowhere to do make-up with a light and only one chair. The get in and departure times of 4pm to 10am. It's expensive for one room to be booted out at 10am.
Review 9:Lovely property with superior bedding and bathroom fittings. Delightful hosts who gave us excellent information on the area. Breakfast was faultless.
Review 10:welcoming hosts (we felt like being friends), lovely and comfortable room, quiet location, very clean and cozy house, excellent breakfasts with the best (home made) preserves we had on our trip
Review 11:Location is 20-minute drive from nearest town with restaurant, so you need to be willing to drive. Countryside is beautiful, though.
Review 12:Beautiful renovated old building, quiet, good wi-fi, helpful owners, great home-cooked breakfast.

Review 15:It was a little difficult to find. It would be helpful to direct visitors to look for the church next door.
Review 16:Lovely, friendly owners who made us very welcome. Spectacular views. Elegant rooms with luxurious ensuites. Hearty and delicious breakfast.

Review 21:Beautifully renovated Scottish manse, spacious and classy interior. Quality bedding ( feather and down duvet and pillows for those who want them.) the hosts very friendly and a delicious and choice of hearty English breakfast or/and fresh fruit. Excellent.
Review 22:Nothing, was great!
Review 23:The owners are so kind and interesting people, the offer also restaurant service at home in the evening. We had the best home-made Lasagne ever and delicious crumble dessert with hedgerow fruits coming from their own garden. Beds are so confy and the shower powerful like a spa.
Review 24:Only problem we had was getting from a to be without transport, but our fault no one elses. Next time we would be prepared.
Review 25:Friendly and very helpful owners. Food very good, master toast maker!!
Review 26:We had some trouble finding the house at first - our SatNav didn't recognise the exact location, and it was hard to navigate in the dark. We ended up calling Leslie for directions, which turned out to be very helpful. I would suggest familiarising yourself with the exact location before departure, especially if you arrive in the dark. As the B&B is quite new, there aren't a lot of signs yet.
Review 27:We only stayed one night travelling through; it was a perfect retreat after a long day on the road. The hosts, Leslie and her husband, are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. You can tell the house has been elaborately renovated very recently, and it's been decorated with a loving attention to detail. The facilities left nothing to wish for. Breakfast choices were plenty, and everything was superb, including the traditional haggis and homemade jam. We really enjoyed our stay there, felt very welcome and almost as comfortable as in our own home, and would definitely come back.
