Reviews for Mas de la Beaume

Review 1:Nothing i don't like.

Review 2:Its location is perfect; you can see the town of Gordes from outside and most beautiful angle, and it is still 10 min walk to town center. The interier is also very nice and pretty with lavender perfume.

Review 3:Nothing

Review 4:It was just as you would dream of a French old but beautifully renovated, upgraded with delightful taste dwellings. These are spread in manicured gardens, wonderfully peaceful with amazing views. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful, discreet and charming.

Review 5:Gorgeous place in a gorgeous location. Wendy's attention to detail and commitment to service is just remarkable. We loved the breakfast at our suite's terrace

Review 6:Nothing! It was perfect.

Review 7:Gorgeous surroundings! It's exactly what you would picture a B&B would look like in Provence. Perfect location across from Gordes within walking distance.

Review 8:Wi-Fi log-in/out system is a bit irritating and slow, with lots of disconnects but it shouldn't matter in paradise... There is no a/c, but again, there's that paradise thing ... Plus, because of the stone floors, big spaces and air-flow it's was ok.

Review 9:Really charming and authentic room, with beautiful stone floors and a surprisingly modern bathroom. There is a curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom which although not my personal preference, is in keeping with the rustic character of the room. The grounds are lovely and beautifully maintained. Spending a relaxing afternoon at the pool was just heaven! Breakfasts were very good. Both morning started off a bit chilly so it was served inside, instead of on our terrace. Wendy and all her staff are friendly and welcoming. Impressive location in the beautiful town of Gordes, a quick stroll to and from all the main sites and restaurants, easy to find, easy to park and just wonderful.

Review 10:The wifi was slow

Review 11:Everything!! The accommodation is beautiful, the host was really helpful and friendly, the breakfast is possibly the best continental breakfast I've ever had. The short 5 minute walk into Gordes gives a beautiful view of the village, particularly at sunset. In all, a fantastic place to stay- highly recommended

Review 12:Mas de la Beaume is everything you ever dreamed that Provence could be: simple elegance, rustic charm, quiet comfort, beautiful setting, and wonderful people who care about your stay there (and will also converse in English with you if you need that). Breakfast is served on lovely, embroidered linens and pretty ceramic ware, either on your private terrace or in the main dining room, depending on the weather. It is a delightful bounty of the freshest locally produced breads, fruit, Chèvre cheese, yogurt, honey and fruit spreads, juice, and coffee with milk. The rooms are thoughtfully separated from each other on a garden path to the swimming pool which overlooks olive trees and a view of the Luberon mountains. Our room and bathroom with large shower were paved in stone which kept it comfortably cool in the August heat. Everything is very clean and well maintained.

Review 13:My husband and I love a boutique stay so we absolutely loved the set up of Mas de la Beaume - it was very tranquil with gardens and a pool area that are beautifully maintained. Its location, opposite Gordes, was also fantastic and breakfast served outside of our room in the morning was idyllic. What more could you want? We will definitely return to this peaceful retreat in the near future.

Review 14:A restful stay in a charming Mas, which is perfectly located for exploring Gordes and the villages of the Luberon. Wendy could not have been more helpful and her breakfasts are superb. We will be back.

Review 15:Best stay in our 2 weeks holiday in France During the whole time we felt cozy and comfortable at this place. The room is big enough for 2 people and has a small terrace which is perfect. The swimming pool and garden is although small, good place for relax at the end of a day. Wendy - the owner of this place - is nice. She recommended to us a small village close to Gordes. We were amazed by that village!!! So peaceful and exclusive, without many little tourists, an ideal place to overlook Luberon in the sunset. Highly recommend this place!!! We would love to be back.

Review 16:Lovely location, easy walking into Gordes. We spend only one night there, traveling to another place, but I'll like to spend more time there. The room was very nice decorated with provencal flowers. The terrace area is beautiful and full of lavenders. Breakfast served on the terrace.

Review 17:Can improve on room amenities.

Review 18:We had a brief one night stay in late June. The location is excellent and only 3 minutes drive to the chateau & town centre. Recommend to check in early and have a dip in the pool before spending the afternoon walking around chateau area. The cottage room is as expected in real. The owner Wendy is also very friendly and helpful.
