Review 1：My room did not have an electric kettle to boil water for tea. Can the rooms all have kettles? I used microwave to heat water - possible but not so convenient.
Review 2：Location is convenient. It is possible to park a car on road next to la cimitiere de Paris (one block to south) and leave it there all day - if you are lucky to find a space. So good for coming with car and using the Metro into city. The kitchenette with microwave and fridge is very useful.

Review 5：Not choose room #7 if you really need wifi. ( According to my experience, room #1 has strong wifi signal). No elevator for luggage.
Review 6：Clean, Safe, Quiet place, Reasonable price. Staffs are kind and funny, There are supermarket and Pharmacies near hotel ( 2 minutes by walking ) , 10 minutes to reach Subway station,
Review 7：Not a lot nearby for provisions (bottle of water etc) should you arrive after 2100hrs - which I often do. I wasn't aware of the unusual check in and check out arrangements though I should have been if I had read the booking properly. Reception is only there between 1830-2300hrs. Was confused in the morning as there was nobody there at check out.
Review 8：The location is quiet some way think too quiet but for business - with the office nearby- this is what I want. Bed was fairly comfortable which I seem to find a rarity in hotels and guest houses these days so I had a good nights sleep. The food in the CousCous restaurant on the ground floor was good.
