Review 1：1/During our stay (4nights) the room was not serviced a single time.We had to ask for more toilet paper on the second day (howembarrassing!) 2/no television and no hairdryer in the room (incontrast to what is advertised on Booking.com) 3/no ventilation unitor window in the bathroom: We had to leave the bathroom mat to dry onthe balcony 4/Room could not be locked from the inside 5/Mouldpatch found on one of the pillowcases 6/Staircase leading to themain door to the hotel was very untidy (an empty pot of pain and plasticbags left lying around) 7/Squeaky Door Hinges

Review 3：Immédiate Environment of the lodge is dirty, access is à problem, personnal do not speak french, have easy smile but no professional background. There is no swiming pool nor spa and the promised view on the mountain is in fact view on the "talus". Sorry but price is largely oversized
