Review 1:Spacious room with excellent floor space for exercises which was important to us both. Pleasing decor, excellent shower. Friendly, efficient service. If we wanted a B&B in that area again we would certainly make Mullacott Farm our first choice.

Review 5:Best placed we have stayed in a long time. Friendly owner. Alison madeus very welcome and we enjoyed our time here. We stayed in room 4 whichwas clean tidy and neatly laid out. White fluffy towels plenty of teaand coffee. Bottle opener. Bathroom was clean and hot water was at righttemperature. Lots of little extras in room that you wouldn't findany where else. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to chose from. All freshand local produce used.

Review 7:This has to be the best place to stay in Devon! We've stayed a few times and we'd never stay anywhere else! The rooms are always so clean, with beautiful views of the farm and countryside. The breakfasts are the best we've had, with a wide variety of foods and brilliant vegetarian breakfast options too! The owners are lovely and extremely welcoming; they will help you out with anything they can and can suggest many things to do locally!
Review 8:Absolutely stunning location, beautiful countryside views. Lovely farm and fresh cooked breakfast using the produce from the farm. It's family run and everyone is friendly and helpful :-) Close to woolacombe and Ilfracombe, will definately be staying here again!!
Review 9:If I had to pick something perhaps a bit more selection at breakfast, some nice pastries maybe, but when catering for just 6 rooms they can't lay on 20 types of breakfast. Also you probably need a car, but you would need one to get here anyway!
Review 10:Spacious rooms. We had two adjoining for us and the kids which was perfect. Loads of free parking All the room facilities you could want. A nice change from chain hotels. Kids liked the farm, the friendly horses and the cows.

Review 12:Quiet location. Lovely en suite room in barn conversion with view over farm/fields. Breakfast is served at 8:30am. Choices include cereals, yoghurts, apple or orange juice, toast and the cooked breakfast with bacon & sausage from the farm, fresh eggs, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns and baked beans. Delicious!

Review 96:The pleasantness and comfort of our room and deck. The combination of being on a working farm and being well situated for the best attractions of N Devon.
Review 97:This farm is absolutely adorable! It was already dark when we got closethere, thus difficult to find out where it is. But Alison actually cameout of the house to guide us after we called her. The room is huge, clean, modern, comfy and warm, with everything you would need. It isdefinitely better than it looks like in the photos on booking.com. Thefamily are all very friendly. They made us feel like staying atfriends' or relatives' home, different from most B&B ownerswho tend to keep to themselves. Alison and her mum chatted with usduring breakfast and it was really pleasant. It is also a fantasticplace to get close to a variety of lovely animals. I even met my specialsheep who did try to jump off the fence to give me a hug when I wastaking a photo with her! So I did a silly dancing for the sheep and theyare great audience. :P Pity we could stay there for only one night. Willdefinitely recommend this farm to everyone!
