Review 1：The policy not to inform guests in advance before arrival that the swimmingpool is closed due to a weddingparty is for us not done! This hotels seems to find it the right way just to inform guests on arrival, even without an apology or offering a discount. After we had shared our discontentment with the receptionist and after we had told her we would like to speak with a manager she offered us a free drink. However, the drink was just a drop in the ocean. The manager assured us the music during the weddingparty would stop at 10 pm, but at 11 pm the accordion with jodels were still there. Let's say the excellent breakfast is worth €30,- and the great sauna €20,-, then €72,- for the rest should be enough. We paid €152,-, that is €30,- too much!

Review 4：We were warmly welcomed by the receptionnist, who was extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with at least 20 different kinds of local cheese. The dinner and the service was also of high quality and the room was very comfortable with a great view on the mountains.

Review 14：On arrival the lady in front desk was very welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and familiar, still very professional. Great pool, view over mountains and breakfast.
