Review 1：There was a lovely seating area around a log fire . A small bar would have set this off a treat.

Review 12：Wifi is slow - but this is acknowledged publicly and is a function of the location. The small touches were lacking: - You are expected to bring the towels from your room to the pool (or hire them). - The single rubbish-bag provided was too small for the bin, and too thin to hold anything of substance - The single roll of toilet paper that you are given is of the meanest quality. - When reception is open, you are forced to go outside to (to then go through reception) to get to the pool - elevator access is closed. Petty? Yes. But at these prices...

Review 13：Location is good (Ski-in? Yes, if there's enough snow. Ski-out? Never, you have to walk uphill to get to the lift.) However, it is very central compared to most Ste Foy lodging. The swimming pool is great, the sauna, steam rooms, and whirlpools are fine, but not hot enough (when compared to most spas). The staff were very helpful. The level of comfort and cleanliness is very good (on a par with the other accommodation I've had in Ste Foy) but it's not quite what I'd call 4-star. The kitchen is well furnished with utensils and plates, etc. Two bathrooms in a two bedroom flat are most welcome.

Reception opening hours from 18 December 2015 until 17 April 2016:Sunday to Friday: 7:30 - 11:00 and 16:00 - 20:00Saturday: 7:00 - 22:00.A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
