Review 1：Slightly further out of town than I would have liked but only having just walked 22 km on the coast path!

Review 9：We had paid for a luxury room which stated king size bed. It didn't look like a king size bed to me and the bed linen looked a little tired and the decor was dated. The breakfast was not great and the brown bread toast was what looked like a value loaf, granary bread would have been nice. The hosts were lovely though.

Pleased with having fridge in room with snacks and drinks if needed and always a supply of fresh milk provided instead of the small containers of long life milk which was kept in the fridge. First class cleanliness.

From the welcoming text message with helpful directions on the morning of our arrival to the help with parking we were treated very well. The king size bed in our superior room was very comfortable. Great breakfasts too.
Review 25：We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2015. En-suite was a cupboard in the room, shower a dribble, v poor! Decor was very dated, very old fashioned. The room was at ground level on the front so noise from traffic starts very early as the windows are single glazed. TV was v small.. like watching an ipad on the wall!

Review 28：Great B&B. Wonderful place to stay with friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and lovely accommodations. We had stayed at another B&B closer in to Ilfracombe the first 2 nights and we wish we had stayed here the whole time instead. Much better atmosphere and rooms. It is about a mile (little less) to the main part of Ilfracombe, but if that's too far to walk there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We just walked as it wasn't very far.
Review 29：Richard and Annette were enormously helpful, with excellent recommendations and assistance with bookings. Ask for Mike, the friendly taxi driver, if you need to get into town. Lovely breakfast. We have no hesitation giving this B&B our highest recommendation.
Review 30：The sliding window in our bathroom wouldnt stay open and was a problem when we would go for a shower because of the condensation. Also you didn't feel like you had much privacy while on the loo as it was just netting up the window and the loo was right next to it

Review 47：The hotel was nothing like the description and did not live up to its rating. It was more like a seedy B&B from the 1970's! We did not want to greet the dog on arrival! Not everyone wants to stay somewhere where a large dog is living! The traffic noise was unexpectedly loud and whenever a toilet flush was pulled in another room we were awoken by a very loud whooshing sound! The breakfast was very average: Tinned peaches/grapefruit/mushrooms, bullet-like baked beans, STRANGE sausages and uncooked tomato. The poached egg, however, was well cooked! I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Lovely location with nice views of Ilfracombe, with the sea, harbour and town centre no more than a 10 min walk. Richard and Annette are two of the nicest people and they have great knowledge of the area and have lots of helpful reccomendations and tips for things to see and do, and places to eat. The b&b was so clean it was lovely and the bed....super comfortable! The breakfast included in the room price was awesome, all fresh and local with extra fruit and cereal on the side as well as the options on the tick card. We also had the Victorian cream tea which was just beautiful. Sea Breeze gets a huge 10/10 from us both! Very highly recommended.

We had to fill in a form to say what we wanted for breakfast the next morning, I was glad we were only staying one night because I could not have stayed any longer we will not be returning.
