Review 1：Some gym equipment was broken and the air con didn't work. There was no water in the gym and so you had to buy it from the shop or go to the pool bar every time you wanted a drink. There were no paper towels to mop up sweat. Staff from different departments need to communicate more and own problems rather than passing the buck. They are a little silo'd in their thinking.

Review 2：The catering staff try really hard to produce interesting and varied themed food nights alongside the plentiful standard offering. Great having a heated pool at this time of the year. The place was spotlessly clean as was the beach.

Review 3：except for desserts the main meals were bad / on 5 working days workers were hammering on from morning to late afternoon close to my room, that's not the peace or quietness i was looking for

Review 8：We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. The food was good with a wide variety at each sitting wether it be breakfast or evening meal. The Spa was really nice too. As a whole the hotel is quite modern and our room was a suite with a sea view was nice. The only fault I can give is the location, there is not much else in the area but this wasn't a problem for my girlfriend and I as we hired a car. If your planning a relaxing holiday then I would definitely consider this hotel. I will no doubt return myself one day :)

Review 9：Shower had a mind of its own. Couldn't get the overhead shower to work and hand held shower ended up flooding the bathroom.

Review 13：Animation team! They were "in your face" too much when all you want to do is relax. No drinking wTer available in the Spa. Complimentary drinking water only provided in room on first day. For an all inclusive holiday we thought so etching as basic as water should have been more readily available

Review 20：Free upgrade to room in fantasy suite area which was peaceful and in pleasant gardens with its own pool, hot tubs, sauna and outdoor bar. The room was of modern design and very clean and comfortable. Nice heated swimming pool in main hotel.

Review 21：we were allocated a room in an annex to the hotel which ment a walk to the hotel and back. Acoustic separation room to room is not the best.

Review 23：Very far from the airport and expensive taxi 70euro. No shops around only Spar and 2 little with poor selection shops. We had to pay for changing pool towels. Very poor bar and only a few drinks available for All Inclusive option. Also pool bar staff not nice and not friendly at all. Moreover the same at the bar and you can only order lets say Mojito at the disco which stars after 11pm Animation shows in the evening at the pool - nowhere to sit down and cold enough in December in the evening. Very far to everywhere. Hotel shower installed incorrectly so when we were having shower water was splashed everywhere. Dirty soft drink glasses at the restaurant with the view of somebody's lipstick disgusting... Poor eneftaintment You can sit in lobby and watch all people catching up free WiFi...

Review 24：No children. Only adults. Fantastic relax time. Very helpful Reception. Clean rooms. Very nice hotel design. TV with 2 Polish stations. Nice food and beautiful Gala Xmas Dinner. Great pool view from the hotel room. 4 free entry to the hotel Spa. Very close to the ocean just at the hotel stairs. Also very close from the bus stop 5 minutes walking.

Review 25：The design of the hotel is brilliant. However, there is more noise than you would expect. This was our one disappointment and it mattered to us, given that we were badly in need of a restful break. (Life is just like that sometimes, you know?) Examples: One of the pools had loud dance music all afternoon, every day. That's OK. But the open design of the pool area carried that music full blast, right into many guest rooms including ours. Early workers arriving in the kitchen around 6-6:30am did not realize how well their voices, banging pans, and noise of the high-speed floor polisher carried up into the rooms above. The disco night featured a fine band...but if you had other hopes for that evening, you were out of luck. The amps were turned up very loud, and we could not even converse in our room from about 9pm til just after 11pm. And we were on the other side of the hotel. We are in favor of "activities" for those who want them. But, from the hotel description (no kids, quiet village, etc), we thought we'd have relative peace, at least in our room.

Review 32：We booked this hotel through www.booking.com and turned to be very cheapfor 1 week all in. The hotel was build around 2007 in a nice design. Youcan tell though that probably because of the economic crisis, finishingsstill need to be done or need to be redone. Nice and friendly welcoming,staff speaking english, german and bits of french. Rooms are clean andspacious, nice design too. Food quality is poor though, altough we thinkit's probably like that in FuerteVentura, coffee is just not todrink, lots of fried food, sausages, fat food. With lots of garlic andsauce everywhere. 2 swimming large nice swimming pools, one heated, theother one not. You have to wake up very early to reserve a laying chair,because once it is 8am, all chairs are already toweled-taken. Nice viewof beach, dark sand beach. The hotel is calmly situated, no bars around.We didn't see any kids in the hotel. Animation is rather poor too,maybe we were there before Easter, lots of retired people, so animationwas based on karaoke and chachacha. Spa is very basic, although 2x freeaccess offered for 2. Strong points for this hotel: rather new design +friendly staff + good price/quality + calm location. I would suggesttoo to rent a car before travalling trough the new, GoldCar turned outto be very good price quality. No gps needed for this island, a good mapis plenty sufficient.

Review 33：Spa not always fully working. Went during the Love night (spa in the evening lit up only with candles) and sauna was off. Went other time and this time it was on, however jacuzzi was off.
