Review 1：Atmosphere is a bit old fashioned and the bathroom looks like if you were in a hospital. In general nothing special. Lacks atmosphere.

Review 3：Room was cold when I arrived in the afternoon, and remained coldish throughout the evening and night despite the heating was on. Note; Outside temp was not particularly cold: 7C

Review 13：Breakfast. Poor selection of food. Orange juice from concentrate, stalecroissant and plastic cheese is far from what you expect in a breakfastin France. If the price of 7,5 euros are the reason for it I wouldsuggest increasing it for 10 and making the entire experience good.

Review 15：The quadruple room is tiny tiny and you must climb a lot of stairs to get there. It was no problem for us though. Only public parking on the street nearby is available. But it is like 2 minutes walking distance away, so not a big problem either. Breakfast was very very basic - that was quite disappointing.

Review 53：Look out if they boast that you have been upgraded to a mini-suite. It's up three flights of stairs and has a ladder to get you up to the loo in the middle of the night. No parking on site but free parking is available at the Ramparts just five minutes walk away.

Review 64：Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The position of the hotel is just in the centre. You could not wish more! We could also easily find a free parking place just nearby at the Church Square. We arrived quite late in the night, and we were not sure to find anyone at the reception. However the night porter was waiting for us and handed in the rooms keys wishing us good night. Perfect! Breakfast with delicious fresh croissants at the restaurant downstairs is also good.

Review 66：Tiny bath that was too small to sit in and there was no shower curtain as an alternative to sitting in the bath and having a "hand shower/wash!" With a little more thought, a full size bath would have fitted or else a proper shower would be a much better option.

Theproprieter and his family are very friendly, the place is very cleanand comfortable and at a fantastic location right in the centre oftown. The price was very good. Breakfast is not included but can bepurchased for a small extra fee. I recommend this hotel, and in factpassed their information on to a friedn who plans to travel soon in theAlsace region.

Review 71：It is an old building without elevator. There was a lot of noise from the street. At 6.00 in the morning a market started just under my window!! The room has an air conditioning but it had to be set at the highest temperature to get it warm.
