Review 4:Tracy was very welcoming with homemade scones and tea on arrival, other people in the hotel were very friendly also. Review 9:Tracey , the host was so welcoming and friendly - the cream tea when we arrived back in the afternoon was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. There were also lots of nice little extras such as the fridge and microwave, fruit bowl and sofa which made the stay even more special.
Review 10:- You need a car to go to the closest pub/restaurant but there is cab facilities (directly available at the house) so it is still easy and not that much of an issue

Review 12:Didn't want to leave.
Review 13:Tracy was a delight - nothing too much trouble. Stored frozen food in her freezer and catered to our low fat diet. Perfect location for touring the south coast.
Review 14:absolutely nothing!
Review 15:We recieved a very warm welcome, had a wonderful home cooked meal..and excellent glass of wine! Beautiful surroundings, couldnt have been better.
Review 16:Quilt did not hang over sides of bed. Although bed was huge and comfy it needed wider quilt
Review 17:Very friendly welcome. Very comfortable room and good facilities. Good selection for breakfast. Central location. Scones were excellent
Review 18:The route our satnav took us there and the fact that we didn't have time to explore the area further but we can't lay the blame for that with Tracy and Steve!!
Review 19:We were welcomed with a delicious cream tea. The room had been lovingly restored and was very comfortable. The breakfast was too substantial to finish it all but the quantity was not at the expense of the quality.
Review 20:Molland Manor House is a beautifully kept and very inviting historic house. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. It is quiet and very comfortable. The breakfasts and other food was home-cooked and delicious. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and look forward to returning there.

Review 26:Tracy and Steve are wonderful hosts - nothing is too much trouble in their lovely bed and breakfast beautifully converted period home. Lovely grounds for free parking. Hotel standard touches, White Company toiletries, complimentary chocolates, fruit and biscuits in the room together with a fridge and microwave. Tracy cooks restaurant quality food and a great wine list. These two have put together a top class facility which combines hotel touches with the warm ambiance of a privately run bed and breakfast in a lovely kent period property.
Review 27:The owners were fabulous, very helpful and will go out of their way to help their guests. Food was delicious, room was lovely and en suite was amazing! I will most certainly be returning.
Review 28:Nothing to dislike. Only suggestion would to be to have a slightly earlier book-in time than 5pm
Review 29:The house is beautiful. We were in room 7 which was lovely and as described. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we loved the tea and scones on arrival. Good tasty breakfast, with lots to choose from. Loads of nice places to visit in the area. Would defiantly like a return visit.
Review 30:Beautiful property in very tranquil surroundings. Spacious and well equipped, with rooms maintained to a very high standard. We will definitely return.
Review 31:Everything was so good that it seems churlish to say that the pillows were a bit hard for me.
Review 32:Tracy is quite delightful; she and Steve made us feel very welcome, and accepted our dog too. We had a lovely room with a good bathroom and a comfy bed. We ate very well - delicious tea, dinner & breakfast - and altogether it was a great stay.
Review 33:Nothing really important, the WiFi signal was weak in our room (family room).
Review 34:The family room, the bed, the hosts, the place, the location, the bed, the breakfast, everything! Did I mention the bed?
Review 35:Nothing - all good.
Review 36:A very warm welcome to their beautiful home from Tracy & free tea & scones on arrival - delicious! We stayed in room 5, the bed was huge & very comfortable. Great 'tea tray' facilities provided as well as fruit, chocolates & brandy. Breakfast was plentiful & a huge range of choice - and Tracy's partner Steve is a great breakfast host, nice to see a friendly face in the morning! We enjoyed our overnight stay and hope to stay for longer next time.
Review 37:Large showerhead leaked upwards and went over the shower door. My partner completed her shower and as I stepped into the shower, the showerhead fell off just missing my head. Will be looking elsewhere when we return in August.
Review 38:Room with very comfortable king sized bed and jacuzzi bathtub. Excellent, filling breakfasts where you could choose from a range of different hot courses from traditional English to smoked salmon and scrambled egg or haddock and poached eggs, etc.
Review 39:Bathroom smells funny, and woke up feeling like I'd slept in a sauna.
Review 40:Great to have Sky TV for unmissable rugby match, very comfortable bed. Friendly hosts
Review 41:Nothing!
Review 42:The best hotel we've stayed in for ages. Really helpful staff, the room had everything you could think of that you might need. It was the perfect valentines weekend. Really nice breakfast, very deep bath for 2 people.
Review 43:We liked everything from the help and service we received before getting to the accommodation as well as a very warm welcome from the owners. We would recommend this Hotel and will do to all our friends and family. This is the first review we have done on here and thought it was that good it was only fair. Excellent food, Service and quality before and during our stay will be going again guaranteed. Gary / Liz
Review 44:Having to leave after only 2 days!
Review 45:We were welcomed warmly and our room was a delight, with double aspect windows, lovely and warm and a good sized en-suite. Our hosts were so friendly and had a great sense of humour and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and certainly set us up for the day. The peaceful surroundings were perfect and near to all the major towns in that area. We will definitely be returning.
Review 46:Nothing, because I made a tiny observation and it was discussed and acted upon very quickly and they clearly want to be the best that they can be and I look forward to going back.
Review 47:The welcome from Tracey when she opened the door was genuine and excited this is someone who works hard and loves what she does and cooks a mean breakfast. The shower was magic the bed comfortable and lots of little personal touches that had been thought about and noticed by my partner especially. We intend to return again as room 1 and 2 looked well worth a try but were not available to us this time

Review 60:Little things that matter like plenty of mirrors, comfortable bed, cleanliness, nice touches like fruit, water & chocolates left in the room. You felt looked after.
Review 61:This is a beautiful old house, tastefully re-furnished, where necessary, maintaining old beams etc., wherever possible. It is really near to Sandwich, where you can visit all the listed buildings. Breakfast was excellent.
Review 62:Breakfast was just average. There was road construction which made ithard to find the place, on several occasions. There was no upfrontwarning about this, lost a few hours. 1St morning the warm water in theshower didn't work. The hot water handle broke off. Not good. At 70quid/night, way overpriced - especially since the room didn'thave toilet/bath/shower en-suite. Reminded me of ymca or YouthHostel config. For 70 a night, I have stayed at hotels that were better.
Review 63:Friendliness of staff Cleanliness of room Gratis Internet availability
Review 64:There really was not anything not to like.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom quite modern and clean. The breakfast was also delicious with fresh croissants. I enjoyed the character of the house and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.
