Review 1：We booked as it had an on site restaurant and swimming pool...neither of which were open. The lack of air con and small bedroom window make the room uncomfortably hot.
Review 2：In heat of 34 degrees celcius, no aircon!!! They also charged me for the extra triple room which I had cancelled two weeks before through booking .com. As it was prepaid for some or other reason, they obviously didnt want to refund

Review 12：Lack of presence of staff. During my stay the reception desk was never attended. Room was really small, it is ok for one overnight stay. There were flies around at breakfast.
Review 13：Good value for money,located in quiet town near Avignon. Many secure parking places. As I arrived late the receptionist gave me a call upfront to give me access code to gate and also prepared my keys and left them at the reception.
