In the south Devon harbour town of Brixham, Redlands provides well-appointed bed and breakfast accommodation with free on-site parking and Wi-Fi. A full English breakfast is served at this guest house, around 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of town.
Each guest room at Redlands has a flat-screen TV, radio, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities with biscuits and bottled water. All have an en suite shower room with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Review 1：The new owners made everyone feel very welcome and the full English breakfast was superb. The location is ideal for the harbour and convenient for travel to other locations.
Review 2：Travelled on my own and was immediately made to feel welcome and at ease. Clean and well furnished room and bathroom, friendly owners who are always willing to help, delicious breakfast and very close to Brixham harbour.
Review 3：Bed a bit hard after a week of walking & aching joints. Limited breakfast choice. Amazingly small ensuite room. Walls were paper thin.

Review 10：Friendly owners, downstairs bedroom, parking onsite. Excellent choice of breakfast even kippers if given 24hrs advance order. Bus stop near by for guests who did not want to use their car. Have no hesitation in recommending this bed and breakfast.
Review 11：There was no heating in the bathroom, and as it was December it was quite cold, this wouldn't have been so bad but the tiled floor was really cold. This probably wouldn't be a problem when it is warmer. A later breakfast would have been nicer, especially on a Sunday morning.

Review 13：A lovely small B and B run by two very friendly people. Breakfast is awesome and they are very accommodating especially as we had had a problem with our arrival date . Nothing is too much trouble. Parking on site and walking distance to town. Very homely.
Review 14：I arrived 4 hours earlier than I was expectedhaving originally thought I wouldn;t be there until late evening. I was warmly greeted and made to feel very much at. My single room although small was adequate with an ensuite which again although small was adequate. Most B&B's in Brixham are at the top of Brixham Redlands is a flat walk to the harbour around 10mins away with a petrol station and convenience store 1 min away.Breakfast was 'to die for' with just about anything you wanted and which lasted mr until the evening
Review 15：Peter and Jan are fantastic hosts nothing too much trouble. location is excellent and the buses do make it easy to travel around the Torbay area and Dartmouth. First class Breakfast cannot fault Redlands.

Review 20：The Redlands was spotlessly clean & the owner was very welcoming.The single en-suite room had tv, tea, coffee & biscuits, plus withthe hot weather it even had a fan. It had its own on site car parking& in Brixham that is a definite plus I can assure you. The harbour& town centre is about a 10 minute walk. At breakfast you can havea full English or in my case I had the pre-ordered fresh kipper, It wasexcellent. All in all the Redlands is very good value. I wouldrecommend it.

Review 22：Everything was great, breakfast well virtually anything you want. Also it's on the bus number 12 route. Hop on and off all the way to Paignton and Torquay, near Brixham Harbour, so easy for everywhere.

Review 55：Mr and Mrs Goldsworthy were very hospitable and I would recommend the breakfast particularly. I arrived early and they wree not the least put out and made me very welcome I would stay again.
Review 56：UHT whole milk provided for room tea/ coffee making, we have stayed in similar priced B&Bs where fresh milk is offered. No bedside table or even a little shelf on one side of bed. Bedding a little oppressive, not sure why a sheet and cover were provided, a light duvet would have been preferred.But good value and close to town with friendly hosts.
