Review 52：One of the hotel staff urged to use their filiar taxi company for the following day's excursions. I didn't like to use taxi . Instead, I liked to visit some villages and cities by railway and bus. They provided no services to borrow connector for iPhone . They do not have hpspitality.

Our room was fine, wifi worked well, there is parking on site. The walk into Gordes takes about 20 mins which suited us as we had spent so long in the car travelling to Gordes we enjoyed the exercise. We stayed in Gordes as part of a trip to Provence and versus other places that we stayed we thought it wasnt particularly good value for money but Gordes seems like a slightly more expensive place to stay anyway.

Review 66：Initial booking had no AC, no window and was too small, none clearly stated on the website. Luckily, we were moved to a much better and AC room, more money but worthed, we got lucky, full view of Le Luberon and Provence from private balcony...wished I was there now!

Review 68：Arrived later at night due to being lost on road. While lost, we hadsomeone place a call to the hotel telling them the situation. The hotelclerk was only interested in if we wanted breakfast in the morning. The"Hotel" staff is friendly buy disinterested and somewhat cold. Uponarrival, we asked if food was available and the answer was no...this wasa "bed and breakfast only". When I asked about breakfast, I was told itwas an extra charge of 16E....our room was already 225E/night....so thiswas essentially for just a bed only. Way overpriced!!! Not even coffeeis available the next morning....well again, only if you pay extra.....

Review 74：I felt that some of the photos gave the impression of a view from the hotel which was not possible. The swimming pool was very noisy due to traffic from the very busy road. Our room was very small with a dark patio facing other rooms. The hotel is situated a long way from the village, this involves a walk along a dark passage (at night) and then taking your life in your hands along a very busy road.Far too expensive for the quality of accomadation. We stayed in far better hotels for much less money during our holiday.

Review 76：There were no views from the room we booked - the single window opened onto a tall hedge 4 feet away that screened the pool and we had to keep the shutters closed most of the time, making the room quite dark. I believe they do offer "panoramic rooms" at a premium price.

Review 77：This hotel is located just outside Gordes, far enough away to have space for a good-sized pool and gardens but close enough to visit the village easily (best done by car as it is a 20-30 minute uphill walk). The rooms were clean and air-conditioned and we found plenty of space around the pool to relax. Free wi-fi in the lobby area is useful.

Review 80：It is a bit of a shock when you've been staying in nice hotels whoseowners are the ones that take care of you from check in to check out andthen you come to a hotel where you have to deal with "employees". Thelady in the morning was ok; the lady in the afternoon was nice andfriendly; but the lady in the evening (unfurtunately the one on dutywhen I arrived) was too "professional", meaning cold, not welcoming andvery obnoxious. Maybe she was not from Provence... Perhaps Paris...
