Review 2：Location is good if you're on your way somewhere and stopping for the night, as it's near the motorway. Rooms are more than adequate, clean and comfortable, extremely good price-quality ratio

Review 14：I am Coeliac ,which means that gluten in bread etc., is destructive to my digestive system, in fact the effects of eating gluten are almost immediate, cause pain and food poisoning symptoms. When we booked I asked for gluten free bead for breakfast, on arrival I asked the manager if they had managed to obtain gluten free bread, he said they had. At breakfast I asked him for the bread and watched him take it from an ordinary packet and put 3 slices into a basket, when he passed it to me I asked again if it was gluten free he said it was. It smelled like ordinary bread so I took it back and asked again if it was gluten free he said it was. I asked to see the wrapping he brought it to me saying that it didn't say gluten free on the wrapping but was told it was gluten free!!!, He was so obviously lying. When we booked out I informed him that he could have made me ill and that I would be posting this on the Booking.com site.

Review 16：There is nothing good on this hotel. We chose this because of all positiv comments, but Booking must have all negativ comments removed? Been travellng last 10 yrs every summer on Europe and this hotel is the worst of all. The bath/toilet, what can i say, you have no privacy when going to toilet as there are no proper walls, shower has one wall open, after shower you have water everywhere and nothing to dry it with. Horrible, horrible! Nothing close to this hotel

Review 34：Good value for money, with helpful, friendly receptionist. (Do remember to let reception know if you are going to arrive after 9.00 pm, because the pin-code box at the entrance won't give you a key if you haven't!) Good and generous breakfast, reasonably priced. Comfy beds, quiet rooms.

Review 35：There is a "code" entrance to let you in which wasn't working, so a group of people couldn't get in until a member of staff arrived at about 5.15pm, but as it stated on our booking confirmation not to arrive before 5pm, it was not a huge inconvenience!

Quick Palace Entrance sign on main road obscure making access from right to left rather dangerous as car coming from the opposite direction turning to great Western hotel we nearly collided with head on in the median.
