Review 1：The room and view were exceptional. Jessica was lovely and most helpful. We enjoyed every aspect of the place. We also were very pleased with the recommedation of Comptoir de la Rouge for a casual meal in town with delicious mussels. Couldn't be better.

Review 6：Set by the sea and use of bikes to explore the area made for a lovely change to driving everywhere. Staff were incredibly helpful and were at hand to recommend restaurants and book them for us. Being vegetarians this could have been a bit of a challenge but it was done with ease and efficiency.. and made our stay even more perfect.

Review 8：The food, probably the best seafood I'm France, the location, a converted old fortress on the sea, the sea view from our room the layout of the property , the gardens, the pool genuine and practical helpfulness of the staff, and lots more besides
Review 9：Fish main at restaurant - overcooked (other dishes where good or very good) service - lovely people but not the level of professionality you would expect from 4 star and Michelin rated. Music in the restaurant - cold atmosphere.

Review 11：Lounge was beautifully furnished but I imagine seldom used because it was in a separate building and you had to go outside to access it. Food was absolutely beautifully presented but a bit lacking in flavour and not for those who like a substantial meal.

Review 18："Unprofessional management" First we got told that we had been upgraded and got a nice room with see view. Then a vitrine door glas window broke due to the wind from an open window. So sadly we told the staff and got downgraded to a room with view of the street and could see the cars passing by laying in bed. This kind of broke the joy of the whole stay. We told the staff that we were unhappy with the room change but they just told us that we had been upgraded in the first place.
