Review 1：The tight parking, I actually scraped the side of my vehicle on a low wall trying to avoid another parked car at the entrance. Also no scenery view just bushes, walls and birds.
Review 2：Friendly and happy. Nice little quiet location. Room and building in general is neat,very clean, tidy and updated. Lovely breakfast with options on the board to choose from. Would definitely stay again. Only one issue, if you're on 3 network there is absolutely no reception, not sure for other networks, but that has no impact on the b&b itself. Thankyou.
Review 3：Brilliant Hosts, great food, very clean and comfortable what more could you ask for ? The B & B was set in a Beautiful Garden with a river running across the bottom, very Tranquil and peaceful, would highly recommend. (Or should we keep this to ourselves mmmmm ?)

Everything perfect, right from the warm welcome to when the hosts waved us good-bye; rooms thoughtfully furnished, big bathroom, comfortable beds, quiet and convenient location, fast WiFi, well-organised breakfast time and yummy breakfast, informative welcome pack, personal advice on sightseeing (we did do the five gates and more!), understated efficiency and friendlyness from hosts who nothing was too much for. Review 14：The location was beautiful, stunning gardens with a river flowing through it, it was very clean and tidy, room was spacious with excellent en-suite facilities, the hosts were great David and Eileen couldn't do enough, to ensure our stay was enjoyable and breakfast was excellent.

Review 17：Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were made to feel very welcome and Irene and David couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable room and enjoyable breakfast.
Review 18：We felt that the room is large enough to warrant a king size bed, which is what we are used to. We also didn't find the mattress very comfortable, but both these things are of course personal preference and did not spoil our stay.

Review 32：Lovely warm welcome from the owners, big family room with everything you need, great breakfast the next day. I left mine and my sons coat there but contacted Eileen and she posted it back to me no problem. Would stay here again I bet its lovely in the summer when you could make use of the garden with the stream running at the bottom.

Review 35：David ad Elaine were so friendly, we were shown to our room and David even helped carry bags in from the car. We only stayed for 1 night as we were attending a wedding around the corner but it was lovely. The beds and pillows are so comfortable!

Review 38：Surrounded by caravans which together with a campside line some of the way down to the beach. However once past them it's very picturesque, along a bubbling stream and across the dunes to a sandy beach that isn't crowded.
