Review 1：The light from the car park was too bright in the window at night for me to sleep.
Review 2：The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Wifi was included which was a must. All the staff members were friendly and helpful in every way needed. They were expecting me when I arrived and immediately made me feel welcome. The location has you only a 5 minute walk from train station and the center of town in either direction. The dinner menu was fantastic and the food was delicious. Fabulous sticky toffee pudding!

Review 21：My only complaint would be the shower. Shower head was dirty and impaired the performance of the shower. There was no grip handle or non slip mat so it felt a bit dangerous getting in and out of the bath.

Review 29：I picked this hotel based on other traveller's reviews and was not disappointed. The room was large, as was the bath, and the bed comfortable (my room was on the carpark side, close to the front of the hotel). The window opened - a big plus for me. While the hotel is on the main road, even with the window opened, it was quiet at night. Breakfast: there was a typical selection of hot and cold - hot breakfast is cooked to order...nothing fancy, but more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ate at the in-house restaurant for dinner and the food was very good. The location is on the edge of the town, but it was an easy walk to the high street and to the ruins of Elgin cathedral. While it seems that this is a choice for traveling business men, I would recommend this small hotel for leisure travelers.
Review 30：Stayed here on numerous occasions and would highly reccomend! Lovely bed with memory foam mattress, nice quite location within easy walking distance to the town centre. Very friendly staff and superb breakfast.
Review 31：Was really quite pricey considering the facilities and location. There isn't a lot going on in Elgin despite it's place in Scottish history. We needed to be close to the station and we picked it so we could get to Cardhu distillery but Glen Moray is a much better visit and closer.

Review 96：It was very quiet for a Saturday which was a surprise. All staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. They even changed one of our rooms so my Mum could get a walk in shower. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Breakfast was served at reasonable time and very good. Very close to all the Distillery's as this was the beginning of the "Whiskey Trail" thru Scotland with all the bigger Distillery's around this area! Country side was beautiful. I would give this hotel an excellent place for the money!
