Review 1：Hotel locked on arrival. No welcome as such. Dark, cold and depressing. .Bedrooms totally unsuitable. Owner disappeared before we could complain, so we had no option but to leave. Also, twice the cancellation fee has been taken from our account.
Review 2：Poor hospitality!We arrived at 20.30h in this hotel.We were waiting at the reception,rang the bell twice but no one seemed to react.We looked into the restaurant and the lady concerning saw us but neglected us and went on with her work.Finally she approached us and we could check in.We told this same lady we wanted to have dinner.After putting our luggage in the room we sat down in the restaurant .All the other guest were whispering with eachother,there was a "funeral"atmosphere which made us laugh.When we received the menu which was only in French ,we needed help from the lady.She wasn't really in the mood for this....Halfway our dinner this same lady asked us if we wanted coffee after dinner.(she probably wanted to start cleaning the machine ).We answered we wanted some coffee afterwards....We never got it!All the other guests were gone already and we think she wanted to go home herself as well.There was really no hospitality in this hotel,we felt very uncomfortable!

Review 4：The location was excellent but hotel a little difficult to find. The restaurant was good. Parking was available.

Review 6：Loved the rural location, and the food was outstanding
Review 7：The room was too small for four people and the beds too short. The hotel is not convenient if you want to tour or go to Colmar. Moreover, of you want to ha e a walk in the evening, threre is nottingham around apart woods. We ate at the hotel restaurant but threre was a misunderstanding and even if the waitress admitted her mistake the owner wanted us to pay the entire bill.
