Review 1：we booked one bedroom apartment for two nights because we were staying with child and payed more expensive. When we arrived the person in reception simply charged us booking price but when we went to apartment realised that we were given simple double room with extra bed. After complaining to reception, we were told that our apartment is already occupied and we will be able to move to it just for second night. Also rooms very old, the heaters NOT working, so rooms get cold at night and there are just simple, old, fine blankets on beds.
Review 2：The location is very good, close to river, and centre of city.
Review 3：The wifi is free for all devices in the loby. For the room wifi access, only one access code is given (only one device can be connected with 1 code). The first night I managed to get 2 access codes, one for my mobile first, then a few hours later one for my computer (different staff gave me 2 different access code). The second night I requested 2 access codes at the reception and they answered it was not possible as I only could chose between my computer or my mobile. Why ? I could have 2 codes one night and only one the second night. Also the fridge was out of order.
Review 4：The hotel is not far away from the city's main attractions. 15 min walk from Alcazar and Cathedral. Nice room with kitchenette.
Review 5：The train station to the centre was very close. The park was a short walk over the bridge with cafes and restaurants. Be warned however that some taxi drivers rip you off,it is not 18€ to el corte ingles but 6-8€. Apartments clean and have fridge and hob. Staff were helpful too.

Review 8：It was listed as No-Smoking and they allowed smoking in every room!!i am very allergic to cigarette smoke and had a reaction...I had to have the windows open 24 hours a day. Awful!!

Review 10：It was too outdated..we had to go to reception to have the password to internet which could be used on only one device..anytime we wanted to leave our room we had to return the keys in to reception and go and collect them again. The room was simple and comfortable but the outdated style really ruined the vibe. Thankfully we spent only one night,I wouldn't recommend to young couples or young family.
Review 11：lack of sink plugs, catering equipment, kettle made self catering not easy. No non Spanish TV channels. Wifi was available but had to be signed in for every day. Staff helpful but very pressured, people constantly coming and going Using bath tub for shower made shower unusable with restricted mobility, as usual! No rails or support but small bathroom makes toilet manageable.
Review 12：A pleasant decently managed large establishment for the Spanish mass group tour market. Advantages include good hot water and Air Con, splendid position near city, shops and restaurants. Room clean and well serviced, plenty of room in the one bedroomed flat and reasonably priced.
Review 13：The apartment we were in was very basic and dated. There was only one room containing the beds, cooking facilities and sitting area. As an early riser I consequently had nowhere to sit and read without disturbing my wife.
Review 14：We chose the apartments because of their location in Triana and their proximity to a bridge crossing the river into the historic part of the city. As we were driving into the city we want an apartment that was easy to locate. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful
Review 15：Unfriendly staff....our room and floor were smoking and smelled strongly of cigarettes. (When booking be aware that smoking in hotels is still allowed. ..up to owner to set the rules! )

Review 24：Small space - no table to eat. Location of the hotel was in the Triana Section of Seville - not as appealing as the other side of the river. Internet was difficult to maintain connection and had to get a new password every 24 hours.

Review 39：Paid for two apartment rooms four our party of four. One room unliveable (stench of cigar smoke, and not an "apartment" as paid so the four of us moved into one two bedroom apartment. Staff refused to refund the money for the unused room stating it was past cancellation time. They ignored the fact it was unfit to live in. Second room was dirty, dishes left unwashed in the kitchen, room poorly fitted out. It was late so we had no choice except to stay. Contacted Bookings.com but no reply. Next day staff again refused to even discuss the unused room or a refund for that room.

Cleanliness was just about passable but not great. These apartments are in need of updating to bring them up to standard. Soundproofing is poor.

Review 51：The website I used for booking said that there was a free tour available; not a deciding factor but an added bonus. It turns out that the tour is arranged by another company and the guides survive on tips. The tour is only free if you are insensitive to the needs of the guides to earn a living.
Review 52：The staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the kitchenette - it was great to be able to cook for myself and not have to eat out all the time. The location is great - Triana is a wonderful part of the city, there is a supermarket on the corner and the main tourist attractions are an easy walk across the river. I extended my stay there and then extended it again. I would happily stay there again.
Review 53：Free Wifi available for only 1 device per person, so if you have a smartphone and a tablet, you'll have to make a choice. The wifi is very low. We did not feel welcomed when we arrived. The building is old, as well as everything in the hotel. In the kitchen, you'll find the strict minimum, which is not enough to be comfortable. We had a TV in only 1 bedroom, instead of 2, and the screen was 17inch.

Review 57：A bit of noise from the hallway (our room was opposite of the elevator). No water kettle in the kitchen. Supposedly you could ask for it but we stayed only one night so we didn't bother and boiled water in a pot. It wasn't immediately obvious how to switch on the stove and fridge (you had to switch on the fuses next to the door).

Review 62：Attitude of reception on arrival was abrasive and impolite, bordering on plain rude, demanding full (4 nights) payment up front before room key handed over, and despite creditcard guarantee being held. Complaint made to daytime manager but since establishment appeared to be family run not much mileage there, although senior staff member did acknowledge incorrect night-time reception attitude and assured there was no necessity to pay up front. Street parking difficult although Euro12 secure facility nearby.

I kept looking around to see if Manuel from Faulti Towers was around! Overpriced hotel and not even a one star hotel at that. Felt like I needed a shower when we left!

Residents in the building made sure all rooms were smoking rooms - the onli thing that came through the air conditioners and was free, otherwise aircon broken! Wifi did not work.
