Review 1：Office is closed on weekends--you have to call the cell phone number to be let in and they don't speak much English. VERY tight parking spaces with a narrow entryway under the building. You have to make up your own bed with the linens provided.
Review 2：Very clean, close to the beach, handicap accessible. Spacious apartments, not really a hotel, best for longer stays--complete kitchen, washing machine, furnished. Not crowded in the off-season.
Review 3：I booked the room while on military duty. I had to check out earlier than expected and was only refunded 50% of my two reservation after only being able to stay one night.
Review 4：WiFi advertised as being available but was unable to gain access many times and when we did speed was incredibly poor and were unable to stream our local news program

Review 6：Our flat looked over the road - a main thoroughfare into Rota, so traffic noise all night. Air conditioning also very noisy and didn't work well. The beds in the sitting area were as hard as rock and also very noisy. We had to make the beds up ourselves, even the one in the bedroom!
