Review 1：Not any real issue, but parking will be a small walk.
Review 2：Nice tidy apt. Small washer, dishwasher, in room, dryer available on bottom floor. Close to beach.

Review 4：Super Clean place, great location, strong and constant Wi-Fi, just a rock's trow to the beach. Walk to restaruants. Pub close by. The owners/folks running the place met me on-time, walked me to the Apt, etc. Even when my trip was cut short a day, they quickly refunded the day's lodging and I was on my way. I would stay here again with my family without hesitation.
Review 5：If I had to say something negative it is hard but it was unusually cold for the region in Rota during our as a result the heaters had a hard time keeping the apartment warm.

Review 7：I would have preferred a top sheet rather than a just a quilt and backup blanket. But that was not a huge deal since it was basically cool. Great place.

Perhaps a fan provided for ventilation would be nice for those warmer humid evenings. Let me counter that by saying the layout of the apartment and its windows are great for comfort as long as there is a little breeze. In summation; Loved It !!!!!
Review 10：The owners were fantastic !!! The location could not be better. Its right down in the heart of town and just about a city block from the beach. We walked everywhere because of this. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances. Very Secure !!! Extremely good value. The owners ALWAYS ready to assist you any way they can. Can't say enough about how well we were accommodated. Whole heartedly recommend it !
