Reviews for Hotel Club MMV Le Panorama

Review 1:a few breakdowns of communication between reception and staff

Review 2:Quantity [Buffet] and quality of meals very good staff very hepful and freindly and engaging

Review 3:Can't see anything. We would actually go back there.

Review 4:The staff is very helpful and friendly (unlike a lot of professionals in this ski resort am afraid). Very good value for money. We had a 8 year old boy and 14 months old baby. The nursery is great. Rooms are spacious and meals are very varied.

Review 5:the smell in the corridors is as everyone describes, but that aside, there is nothing else that we could say as a negative.

Review 6:We were pretty much the only english people in the hotel. The staff were happy to try and sort out any problems and speak broken english to my broken French. Rooms basic but adequate. Food was exceptional with a different theme every night. The english translation was not quite correct but it made fun guessing what we actually had to eat. The hotel is really geared up for french families, but as a french hotel chain, this is fair enough. Hotel in a brilliant position next to the slopes, with a great ski storage room on the bottom floor. We didn't pay anywhere near full price for the hotel, but for what we paid, we were very pleasantly surprised. would recommend going full board if you get the chance for the extra as it is so close to the slopes, you can make it back for a break and food at lunch time.

Review 7:This was undoubtably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! And I've been traveling the world for over 10 years! The lifts only fitted yourself and your suitcase in them, the 3rd floor corridor smelt like old dirty wet socks mixed with bleach and urine .. The room smelt a little better but was in desperate need of some love and attention. We had half board included in our over paid room, breakfast was by far the worst breakfast I've had in my 33yeared life! It was ment to be served till 9:30am, we got down there for 8:45, there was pretty much nothing left, but 1 stale crosiant, half a stale baguette, we could boil ourselves some eggs, but the water had boiled so far down in the pot that the egg didn't even get submerged! There was about 5-10 people in the huge restaurant eating, so many tables free but do you think I could find a table clean? No!! It was disgusting!!! We didn't even bother eating our dinner there or breakfast on the 2nd day. That was the worst €400 for 2 nights I have ever spent!! This was ment to be a nice hotel to spend valentines day with my partner, but that hotel ruined it! I would highly recommend NO ONE staying there!

Review 8:The only thing that was semi ok about this hotel was the front desk girl, she spoke English and was polite

Review 9:Didn't realise children not allowed in swimming pool.

Review 10:Location, right by chair lift.
