Review 1：Very limited and difficult parking. Breakfast was just tray left in room night before despite there being a kitchen and restaurant on floor below. Very overpriced.

Review 5：Perfect central location. The rooms had been recently refurbished to a high standard. The owner and staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even provided good vegetarian meals for us (it is a steak house). Thoroughly recommend.

Review 14：The noise from the mini fridge in the room was horrendous and kept me awake all night. The noise from the fan/ cooler on the outside wall was vibrating all night; it ruined my sleep. The breakfast was appalling and terrible value for money. The smallest breakfast facility I have ever seen; cold pre-packed croissants and a Danish pastry were totally unsatisfactory. Micro boxes of cereal are just not acceptable and the coffe maker left me perplexed, the drinks were tepid and the cups too small with handles that only people with tiny fingers can use. It was dreadful. The metal stair case used for access to the rooms is slippy when wet so nut suitable for many people to use. I was very disappointed with the experience. My husband did complain about the noise but it didn't really affect him so much as me.

Review 17：As a Coeliac and lactose intolerant I find it difficult and sometimes annoying to have to explain myself or not be catered for. At the Galleon I had none of this, my allergies understood and catered for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Friendly and approachable staff, wonderful stylish bedrooms.

Review 25：Rarely nowadays does somewhere exceed my expectations. I travel a lot and have stayed in countless hotels but nowhere has been as welcoming and good value as this. Move this place to London and they could charge £250 a night easily. I honestly don't recall staying in anywhere better. And the food downstairs is first class. Highly recommended.

Review 35：We did not have any bad experiences, but we were looking for Spire View Hotel - but the name is actually Galleon Steakhouse.Very confusing and therefore meant searching the area several times before finding the location. Having to climb up the fire escape to get into the place -wasn't quite what we expected. Otherwise very good.
