Hôtel Restaurant Yoann CONTE Bord du Lac, originally built by Marc Veyrat and re-opened in 2010 by Yoann Conte, features its own private pontoon with sun loungers on the shores of Annecy Lake. Guests can relax in the 500 m² garden and enjoy the views from their own balcony overlooking the lake.
The chalet-style rooms and suites each have a balcony with views of the lake, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a minibar. Private bathrooms at the hotel are equipped with a balneotherapy bathtub.
The hotel’s Michelin 2-star restaurant serves innovative and traditional cuisine using fresh, seasonal products. Breakfast can be served in the guests’ rooms.
Its location is convenient for water activities in the summer and skiing in the winter. The historic commune of Annecy is 2.5 miles away and authentic French markets are 0.6 miles away. Free private parking is available on site.

Review 2：Me and my family loved this this place. It was clean comfy. I want to thank Edete and all the staff for making my stay wounderfull experince. I cant wait to come back again .

Review 7：Hotel far away from the main city in an area nothing around it no taxi no restaurants no proper beach no people if you want to go to the city annecy the hotel provides a shuttle boat but the problem is that the boat take you to the city but not guaranteed the return to the hotel this is major problem because there is no taxi in annecy you have to go to the main train station to have a taxi there that is about 30 minutes walk The hotel like a tree house not impressive decorated you feel something wrong the bathtub no door No iron when asked they said we will do it for you but badly done If you want to eat you have to book one day or two days before and 189 euro for one person for a meal We made a mistake in choosing this hotel don't be like us choose a hotel in the main city annecy

Review 9：We asked for breakfast "on the terrace"' our second day (just as we did the first day but instead they served it on the terrace to the restaurant, no on the balcony attached to our room. Otherwise it is a wonderful place.

Review 10：The view and access to the Lake is spectacular. We loved paddleboarding in the morning when the lake was so still. The room was enormous and the tub was in front of a beautiful window over looking the Lake. A beautiful property.

Review 14：Had a great time here, just chilling out on the balcony, swimming and a bit of kayaking - even spending one evening drinking champagne in the hot tub by the lake, watching the sun go down. Staff were always friendly and helpful - especially Edith... Extremely pleasant break!

Review 15：It's in a small village where is not especially scenic. And the walking paths next to the hotel are not super picturesque as well. But 1-2 km drive or walk either way, it becomes much more pleasant to walk

Review 16：It's a hotel part of 2-star michelin restaurant - really interesting one! We had a birthday celebration there and it was a magnificent dinner, really more of a creative food journey! We also booked a junior suite - big room with balcony overlooking the lake, with huge bathroom and big jacuzzi with lake view again. Breakfast is very good as well though expensive Hotel has a sauna and jacuzzi outside as well but we were not brave enough to try it in December

Our room was a delight with a balcony where we enjoyed our delicious breakfast. The most wonderful gourmet dishes with exotic flavours. Nothing is too much trouble at Yoann Conte Bord du Lac. Tres bien!

Review 31：hard to drive to it . staff are always busy . bad breakfast for 40 euro. restaurant is always full and no tables for guests. you have to tell them 1 day before if you want to have breakfast . always noisy at the restaurant so forget sleeping before midnight.
