Review 1：Kitchen in apartment very small, balcony and outdoor furniture dirty and need some outside lights.

Review 6：Staff were rude especially at the ice cream counter and tried to argue about the reasons they shortchanged us on 2 occasions instead of a simply sorry. Simple GCSE maths is not their strong point. The whole hotel could do with a spruce up and a caretaker to clean the areas around the hotel like weeding around the pool area and clearing bins. The apartment was dirty when we arrived with ash still being in the ashtray and fruit stepped into the carpet area but reception taking no responsibility as we worried about loosing our 230 Euro they charge upon arrival for any damage you may cause.

Review 7：We absolutely loved the close proximity to the clean and long beach. Parking at the hotel was good and you could always find a spot on your return. Towels provided were clean and beds seemed a good quality even the sofa bed. The hotel felt safe as it had a card entry system even by the ground floor.

But was told should not expect it,bathroom light wouldn't go on,electric fire in bathroom wouldn't go off,hairdryer not working and sliding doors to ground floor balcony wouldn't lock!! Was told maintenance would look at all the problems the next day!! When I asked to have another room was done with reluctence.

U cannot cook anything.Studio n'a aucune classe comparé au prix payé La piscine et hot tub sont fermés pendant les cours même s'il n'y a que 5 personnes qui assistent aux cours. C'est ridicule vu la taille de la piscine. LIMITED access to the swimming pool and hot tub. The staff doesn't tell you about this beforehand.They just asked you rudely to leave within 2min! Very long dodgy corridor from the hotel to the Spa. WIFI v poor

Review 23：Large indoor pool (salt water) was great, outdoor pool was nice and warm. Staff were really nice. Gym was good. Tennis courts close by but be prepared......12-14 euros an hour. Short walk to beach, prom etc.

Review 24：No soap of any kind provided and could not find any store nearby. Room needed some redecoration to remove evidence of previous flooding on the ceiling and bath needed resealing. Note: You're responsible for cleaning the room on checkout (vacuum and remove rubbish) and checking inventory.

Review 25：Kitchen facilities (double hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, pans, etc). Balcony. Adequate space for family of three or four. 400m from beach through trees. Quiet. Free-parking. Nice outdoor heated pool. Access to indoor pool between 5.00-7.00pm for children with adult. (Swimcap and trunks required.)

Review 32：The double bedroom was a separate room upstairs, so the children slept on a single and a sofa bed in the living area. We were unable to properly lock the sliding door to the balcony, at four stories up it was a big worry that they would wake before us and go out there unsupervised. The ensuite bathroom upstairs smelled musty and uncleaned for quite some time, so we just used the downstairs one. The balcony furniture was very grubby and stained and one of the table legs was cracked. We headed for the pool to bring the children for a swim to be informed that there was a no children before 5pm policy for the pool, but the lady on reception decided to waive the rule for us. So we kitted out the children in togs and hats and showered in. We were then stopped by another lady at the pool and told we couldn't bring the children in before 5. We informed her that the lady on reception had decided to allow us in. She rang down to reception whereupon they denied any knowledge of us and we were asked to leave. The children were very upset about this, as were we, if their policy is no children before 5, we would have been fine with that, but to say yes you can...followed by no you can't was just annoying.

Review 34：Location - a long walk from town. Room - not all patio doors would lock. Metal bar provided to jam the door mechanism! Not enough bed linen provided, and needed to make up own beds or pay €18. No hand soap in bathroom - in fact no bathroom accessories at all. Bar closed before 11pm. To use pool, one needs swim caps, and trunks for men rather than swim shorts. These can be bought but are quite expensive

Review 36：We stayed for two weeks - a change of bedclothes after the first week would have been good - we were provided with 2 sheets, perhaps we were supposed to have used one at a time? After using the gym, I discovered that I needed to have brought my swimwear to use the showers - there are no enclosed showers. I was also surprised that shower gel was not available for residents. Neither is an issue if you know in advance!

The spa was fantastic and the outside pool, although small was enjoyed by all the family. The location was great; only a five minute walk to the beach and twenty five minute walk into the town where there were lots of restaurants. We would definitely like return to this hotel.

Review 59：I loved the convenient location. We were 10 minutes walk from the superbplage. The duplex meant all my family members had privacy. The kitchenwas well equipped. The Sloï restaurant was absolutely wonderful with itsfine gourmet French cuisine.

Review 62：Not a location for children. Our children were eager to swim in a swimming pool, but one of the pools was closed, and the other had limited times for children. Staff made it clear that children weren't too welcome in the pool area (plus swim caps are required, and who travels with those?). Too bad. I'm sure there are a lot of families traveling that would pass their time at this hotel if it were more family- and kid-friendly.
