In Fife's famous and sheltered East Neuk, this is one of the sunniest corners on the east coast of Scotland.
The hotel is an ideal base to explore the area which is enriched in history with beautiful coastal villages and scenic walks, beaches, castles, museums, attractions, and made famous for its golfing as the “Home of Golf ".

Review 1:'Thread bare'rooms , t.v reception erractic , shower not the best...overall could do with a bit of tlc. Overpriced.

Review 4:Loved the large spacious room we were in; the comfortable beds; the cleanliness of the environs; the lovely breakfasts; the nearness to Crail, St Andrews and other coastal locations. Also the weather was lovely!

Review 6:We had a lovely big room with sea views, the bed was king size and comfortable, big fluffy towels changed daily, all the staff were lovely and the food was excellent.

Review 7:The owners couldn't have been more helpful, particularly in relation to my dietary requirements (dairy allergy). The chef prepared dishes from the main menu for me but adapted them to suit whilst still ensuring they were delicious!

Review 8:Friendly pub, in which we were immediately welcomed by the hosts and by the locals. Well prepared breakfasts. Comfortable room, with an outstanding view.

Review 9:An enjoyable 2 nights stay in a hotel which was easy to locate and where the staff were efficient and welcoming. An ideal site for proximity to St. Andrews and the fishing villages of the east Neuk.

Review 10:No lift, but we were told about that befure confirming our booking, but we managed the stairs and ejoyed the view from the second floor

Review 12:This is an old building so noise is not fully suppressed. WiFi suffers as it does all over this part of Scotland.

Review 62:On our evening of arrival the shower was tepid. This was better in themorning however. More importantly the room was very cold and theradiator was not working although the downstairs public rooms werecomfortably warm

Review 71:I liked that me and my four teenage children could have a family roomand breakfast for £110, great value for money, making an Easter break apossibility as other hotels in the area were much more expensive, anideal hotel for a short break and a cracking cooked breakfast the nextmorning. Not a luxurious option in terms of facilities but the room wasexcellent, just what we needed and I would recommend it highly.
