Review 1：Hotel was clean and the man on reception very nice (didn't see anyone else) It is a way out of the centre and little choice of places to eat locally but for a quick stop over its perfectly good value for money

Review 2：The only thing I would suggest is that they have at least one TV channel in English, apart from that there is nothing to dislike.

Review 3：I liked the bright clean cleanliness of the hotel, and the reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We have stayed quite a few times at the Altica Pau, and have never been disappointed.

Review 4：Very efficient receptionist, I was running late and she email and texted room details in case I arrived after reception closed. excellent wi.fi which worked without messing around with passwords, why can't all hotels do this? simple breakfast but good quality. Plenty of free secure parking.

Review 5：The only downside for us was the traffic noise from the autoroute and rocard which are both close.

Even if we arrived late, the prepared everything in advance. Nice breakfast and excellent quality/prize. I would repeat without any kind of doubts!

Entry machine did not recognise the booking number so had to get in paying for a room then cancelling the one booked when someone opened up at 5. After a second look at the booking form yes it does say ring but there should be no need if the correct booking number is shown on original order. Not impressed.

Review 93：Good location for the Palais Des Sports - so this hotel was chosen for its location. Room was adequate and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel was great for what I needed it for - so would be happy to stay again if I travel on work to Pau.

Review 117：The woman at the reception is not to b trusted, 1st thing when Ichecked in she offered a taxi to airport for next day at Euro 50 thenreduced it to Euro 30 when I complained about the price, I asked herwhere bus station to to airport, she said there is no bus to airportfrom any where near the hotel , and bus station near hotel takes you"no where " then I figured out that there was a bus station which is100 meters from the hotel charges 1 euro and the trip takes 10 minutesby bus!!!! Shame on her
