Review 1：There were no proper bed sheets, just old blankets that weren't very clean. We cleaned the flat from top to bottom when leaving with the tools we had been provided and left it in a good state. Then I received an email a few days later saying they were going to charge me 80€ to clean the room, 30€ for braking the Hoover even though we didn't and 25€ for a broken tv remote even though it was still working. I would be careful about booking with this hotel as they try to con you out of money after room inspection when you leave.
Review 2：The actual building for the hotel is in a good location, then they send you off about a mile down the road to a completely different appartment block. It was lucky that we were moved closer to the bars in the end other wise it would have been a bad location.
Review 3：The room was nice, but i didnt like they gave us two serperate bunkbeds when I clearly ask for a double bed, we had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Also certain things in the room was broken, the fridge didnt work, I didnt like that we had to clean our own room, that what maids are for.

Review 5：The decor was tired,numerous marks on walls. 20 cm remains of parcel tape remains on window. No kettle, coffee machine leaked. Sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa with some small holes. Apartment cold. Heating not working. WiFi and only French tv channels as described. Hence the poor review.

Review 13：The beds gave everyone rashes, one couple in my group who shared a bed had bites all down their legs and backs.--- The floor in the shower was always soaking wet as there was no drainage and the shower water always leaked on the floor. One of the rooms with two beds was in a room that had slanting roof at the edge of the building, so you couldn't stand up fully and had to get dressed and do everything hunched over Check out was at 8am - at 8am someone came round to check your apartment was clean and then you had to be out.
Review 14：hotel was right next to the jandri lift --- and the ski pass place where you buy the pass. --- wasn't too expensive.
Review 15：CHECKOUT at 8-30 in the morning. The description on location was misleading. You don't know the location of apartment until you arrive there. Office where you pick up the keys is located right next to main lift and they say "The apartments are located but at least within 200 metres of a ski lift." But that it is completely different lift was a surprise.

Review 19：Location of the agency was in Place 2 Alpes where you collect the keys. The apartments we stayed in are actually located beside the Diable chairlift (10 minute walk from the key collection location).

Review 21：No place to store suitcase on departure. Had to be out room. At 9 and our flight was not for 5 hours where we had no where to put our suit case.

Review 23：It was not cleaned properly I spent two hours cleaning the bathroom, and folding down the bed the dust was all over the shelves. The space was so limited that I could hardly move around. The neighbors were noisy at night especially last night and I could not sleep just ahead of a long drive. It was not value for the money overall.

Review 25：The €600 deposit on arrival is very off-putting. As is the €75 cleaning charge. We opted to clean the place ourselves but it was heavily assessed upon check-out. Coupled with the slightly unfriendly staff, it made us feel unwelcome throughout. The 4 bed apartments are also quite small, even for a group of 3 people.
Review 26：The apartment was well laid out and quite comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great and we cooked most nights! The spa is the perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing too. Good location within resort.
Review 27：Tiny, advertised as double studio, but it was already very tight for me alone. Kitchenette is just a tiny sink with two stoves. Very basic.

Review 29：Sofa-bed in living-room is in fact two seperate beds. Comfortable enough for sleep, but I woudn't reccomend it for couples. Dishes in the kitchen were not very clean - we had to wash them once again before eating, but in case that we are doing it every time anyway it wasn't a problem for us. The stove is not very powerful.
Review 30：Big comfortable living-room, kitchen is ok. Good coffe-machine. Big nice bathroom and separate toilet. Very big balcony - really good in summer. You can keep bicycles there. Nice view. Great location - 2 min. to reach Jandri-express.
Review 31：No wifi, even though the apartment description says that (paid) wifi is available. The staff told me that my only option to get wifi was to upgrade my room to one in a block with wifi. So I had to pay for an upgrade from a 2 person room to a 6 person room :/ Even then the wifi was terrible - slow with poor reception (I could only get signal if I stood by the front door). The 2 bedroom apartment was tiny. It was a bed sit, not an apartment.

Review 65：Most expensive and unconfortable place that we ever had in our ski holidays. In the advertisement, it was clearly written; a bunk bed, a double bed, a sofa. Enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. What we found was a sofa to be used as a double bed, extremely unconfortable. In every place we have been before, we rent bed sheets and towels. Good material, clean and acceptable price. In the premise we stayed, with no prior warning, everything was on sale. You have to purchase bed sheets and towels, not too expensive but extreamly thin and bad quality. No internet access, at least we knew it beforehand. A note for booking.com: Before the booking, you provide all the information given by the advertiser. After the purchase we are unable to reach the same amount of information about the premises. This is annoying. For example, for the room I purchased I could see all details that room contains (e.g. microwave, sofa, bed etc) but after the purchase all these information dissapears! I had to contact support to receive "part" of it. Still not complete information. I want to see all details before and after purchase.
